One of my most unchic interests is that I still find a good zombie apocalypse story compelling, mostly for the pathos of people slowing coming to terms with the end of the world
Post apocalypse is fine I guess but I'm really a fan of the apocalypse itself and the way our whole society and system looks at its moment of death
Like I'm sorry this just hits for me. American militarism, patriotism, religion, conspiracy culture, all meeting their final moment of truth one fourth of July weekend
