2020 y’all

I spent an unreasonable amount of time painstakingly recreating the famous LIFE Magazine-cover used for the cover of the 1983 edition of the book The Society of the Spectacle, in the art style of the game Mosaic, for a video project. Artistically this isn’t very interesting, I know. Techically, however, I’m very pleased with the result. A lot of interesting problem solving. 

Got something in the works that will hopefully be done soon. I just have to get money so that I can print it.

Tried a few different animals here, but eventually settled on a pair of long-haired guinea pigs. I think she’s fabulous.

Asked a friend what animal Bernie Sander’s hair would be. He answered raccoon without a second’s hesitation. And here we are.
