As of July 4th 2018, the Internet as we know it might be dead for good. 

The European Parliament is passing a new Copyright Directive.  Article 13 #CensorshipMachine will impose widespread censorship of all the content we share online. Art, fanfiction, parodies, remixes, mashups, memes, etc.. Anything that you do not hold the rights over will be taken down. 

Article 13 would force all online platforms to police and prevent the uploading of copyrighted content, or make people seek the correct licenses to post that content. Internet platforms hosting large amounts of user-uploaded content must monitor user behaviour and filter their contributions to identify and prevent copyright infringement. 

Such filters will be mandatory for platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Tumblr, Reddit and Instagram, but also much smaller websites. 

I posted this in YouTube but I had to post it here America is trying to treat them the same way they treated Bieber when he blew up as well as One Direction. Both of them blew up and America never focused on them as artists but as celebrities that teen girls held on a pedestal and then 2-3 years later they got old and they were never taken seriously as artists. But the thing with our boys is that America isn’t what made them big, we already had a pretty strong fandom before last years bbmas and unlike any other person or group that has blown up as a trend in America, BTS and Army have a pretty strong bond. We look out for our boys and we don’t keep our mouths shut when someone slanders them. I like to think that we’re one of the most spoiled fandoms. With them our relationship is very much give and take in both ends, they give us fan songs,covers, bts run,bon voyage, constant Twitter updates, and so much more and in return we do our best to help them reach every single one if not most of their goals as artists. It’s up to us to keep them at the top and to make everyone see that they’re not just some trend that they’ll get bored of in the next five minutes. Yes they have a lot of fans but they’re so much more than that. We don’t see them as just some pretty faces with abs and legs but as serious artists that have so much to offer the world…
