Sometimes I feel alone. No I do not mean just mentally either. I mean I feel alone physically and emotionally. Everyday, I have to constantly tell myself, that people care. Honestly, sometimes I feel like I am telling myself a lie. That nobody cares, nor will ever care about someone like me.

Sometimes I feel hopeless. My depression and anxiety, bring me so down, that I do not have the motivation to do anything. Stuff that I know needs to get done, feels like a boulder that is weighing me down. I just end up pretending its not there, so that I can try to be okay. 

Sometimes I feel like I can’t trust anybody. Even the person I am falling in love with, I question his intentions when that should not be the case. He is not like the scumbag I last dated. He is not forcing me to do things I do not want to, nor is he pressuring me to be someone I am not. Sometimes I feel crazy. Deep down though, I know I am not the only one who feels this way. Which is why I am writing this, to let you all know...

It’s going to be okay. No, I am not just saying that. Many people, including myself, go through highs and lows... But you must remind yourself one thing- you are not the only one going through this. The only way we can get rid of stigma around mental health, is if we stand together, and say...
