New oc's! Anthony and Luka!
Setting high school! Son of Cupid, Anthony Hart! He has the natural charm that any child of Cupid would have and people are drawn to him. Anthony has to look into a person's heart to see their desires. Depending the color of someone's heart shows how much love is in their heart they have, just the general stuff that is, like love for family, pets, tv shows or books. But most importantly love for a potential partner. That's the one he usually is lazer focuses on, since it's kinda his birthright to make love a reality.
His "love arrows" are finger guns he can aim as he pleases.
Anthony is banished from his home and the only why to get back is through his locket. The more happy he can make people the more fills the gem. At first it was white, but if he can make it fully red that means he completed his tasks.
With being the school's prince, He's always getting confessed to, but ironically he's never fallen in love himself. Resulting in a lot of heart break for the confessor, but they usually move on. He's honestly kinda numb to the whole being the son of Cupid thing, for him it's just a predicted outcome. People flock to him, some confess, rinse and repeat. Due to this he doesn't truly have the most genuine connections. Sure he has friends, but due to his nature to attract others he can never tell if they like him for him or if it's just his place as cupids son.
But one day he meets a person who has nothing but distain for him. And it perplexes and intrigues him. The guy is rude and even dares to call him an annoying, arrogant, brainless idiot. When Anthony takes peak at his heart it's pitch black. He's shocked due to never seeing anything like it.
Despite the two having a mutual dislike for each other, Anthony can't help but be curious about the guy. I mean he's never seen someone actively not be charmed by his presence. It's almost insulting.
Unlike what he seems Luka Malice isn't a normal human, he's the son of Death. Being witness to nothing but the dead. His heart has been steeled to be able to be held as his son. Being the prince of the dead isn't easy, interacting with the deceased is a real headache. To hear the woes of those who've pasted, their tragic storys of demise and the loved ones they left behind. All they do is follow him and spout their despair It's only natural to get numb to it. He's able to sense when one is supposed to die, but he can't intervene. Since unfortunately death is a natural thing. It's has to be done. Due to this, he doesn't let anyone close to him. It's pointless since he'd outlive them and ultimately be forgotten. No matter how many people he knew dies, they never recognize him. He's made to be forgotten, I mean who would want to remember a guy who is the representation of their end.
When he meets Anthony, he can sense his unusual presence. And it annoys him, why would a being like him spend his time with humans that means nothing in the end. Why would he use his ability so frivolously. It's honestly idiotic to spend his time making connections when it ultimately leads to pain. The more people you love the more heartbreak it causes when death passes. Plus why would a being like him want to spend his days with humans they such feeble beings, in mind and body. Luka doesn't have a choice in the matter, since he's his dad's servant who has to report his findings. His father needs to know when a person's time is up right? And since he can't be there himself his son has to do the job. Unfortunately he has to listen to the whining of lost souls who are too stubborn to just move on to the underworld. He has his personal advisor check on him from time to time. Her usually being the messenger between to two beings, while Luka could just teleport to the underworld, he honestly couldn't be bothered half the time.
