If you are a socially anxious person, you have to socialize. Your panic/anxiety attacks will only get worse and trigger more frequently if you constantly avoid contact with The Public. Not saying that you need to be a social butterfly- but there is a genuine problem with not being able to order your own meal at a restaurant. And it cannot be solved by always having someone else do it for you.

Genuinely, please ultize calling your representatives. I don't care what color your state swings, it all can be altered by the number of people who actively participate in our legislation process. Your voice is the most powerful tool and it must be used if you want things to get better, not just for yourself but others as well.

Make it a part of your routine; I will share that I have started to call them as apart of my morning walk to work because by the time I get out, the lines hours are closed.

I know it can be stressful talking on the phone, but Friend, it's very low stakes. Everytime I've spoken to someone, it's almost always a kind intern who's just collecting your statements. You don't even get to speak to the senators directly and you can call them as often as you need until they Do Their Job.

Let them know how upset you are, show them what you really care about.
