#i'm not sure i would be alive if it wasn't for my faith #my teenage years and early adult life was filled with a lot of depression and anxiety #it choked all of the joy out of my life #there were plenty of moments of happiness #but just moments from distractions #i was a christian at the time for reference #have been for the last 14 years #but the last 6 years or so have seen so much change in me #fear and depression no longer rule my life #and i am the happiest and most joyful i've ever been #entirely because of support that God has provided from friends and family and coworkers #like i even get up and give the occasional communion message at church #and i actually look forward to doing that #and i do it without freezing up or anything like that #ten years ago i would've turned that down because i was afraid of people #and how they might perceive me and what i have to say

#most days yes #simply because it informs my outfit #during autumn and spring it's often hard to predict whether or not i'll need to wrar a hoodie and long pants outside #and currently we're having a very warm winter in my area as well #which leads to similar days
