Maybe drinking water actually is important...
I was at home the last two weeks and have worked the last 4 days and was wondering what changed so much that I've gone from seriously thinking about going to the doctor because 'my brain was just messed up' to 'eh, I'm tired but besides that I feel fine'.
And then I looked at my desk and saw my water bottle. Which was filled with water. Water not some zero sugar sweet drink filled up with aspartame.
I was sooo worried a dreadful diagnosis would've awaited me... But no, just the same old h20
I should probably quit the soft drinks all together right? Sounds like the smart thing to do...
Should probably be even more worried that I really am not willing to quit... Welp xD
