I feel like my most beloved construction of mizurui (playing toys) is like genuinely the exact opposite of a QPR, in that it’s an explicitly and purposefully ambiguous noncommittal romantic-ish relationship that eschews the typical formal structure of a romantic relationship and is lowkey debatably treated as less special than friendship lol
