the thing about tom and jerry is that like, sure, Tom is a bit of an asshole for not letting Jerry enjoy himself innocently, especially when hes not even stealing any food or anything, when hes sincerely just having a good time and bothering no one. Tom gets in his business, scares him with the threat of hurting or eating him, but the reality is that he never actually goes through with it,,,, its all in good fun. but Jerry, he…. fuck. he always has to take it way too damn far. its hard to fucking watch. the guy messes with you a bit, in a goodnatured way, and your response is to always hurt him back in INCREDIBLY PAINFUL WAYS. smashing plates on him, burning him, fuck, even boiling him once. Jerry can never just genuinely have a little bit of boyish fun, he always has to jump the gun, and frankly im tired of pretending like i find it funny or okay.

the reason I casually say charlie kirk's wife had him killed is not necessarily because I believe it, but because nothing stops the right from spouting random conspiracy theories about political enemies, so i'll say whatever the hell I want when one of their idols dies. also it's funny. the entire charlie kirk death is inherently funny. he was in the middle of answering a question related to mass shootings when he died.

ohhhh shit. target is recalling their up & up baby wipes (fragrance free & fresh cucumber scented) because they're contaminated with Burkholderia cepacia complex and Burkholderia gladioli, multiple people are reporting discoloration & infections. i just got a call about it cuz i had purchased those but i've already gone through them 😅 so no refund for me. but im fine. if you have these they're saying you need to immediately stop using them and bring them back to target for a full refund. this bacteria can cause life threatening infections in children/infants and people with compromises immune systems (ESPECIALLY cystic fibrosis!!) and i know lots of other chronically ill people follow me!!!!
