Scamandrius - a trojan soldier that Artemis taught archery to before the war. He died in the ninth year to menelaus, otherwise not much is known.

Hippolytus - aro guy who loved hunting and pissed off Aphrodite by not paying her his proper dues, ended up killed but brought back via Asclepius' intervention (at least in the retelling I'm most familiar with - other retellings have him die permanently)

Orion - i reckon most people know the story of Orion. Sometimes Gaea kills him and sometimes Artemis does so on her own or at the behest of Apollo. Either way, he was a companion to Artemis for a time.

Amarynthus - another one where not much is known, only that one of Artemis' epithets comes from him, the town named after him was noted for their worship of Artemis and that he was a male hunter of Artemis

Actaeon - some stories have him as just stumbling upon her, others have him as a former hunting companion before the whole "turned into a deer and hunted by his own dogs" tale.

Euthynicus - Fell in love with a fellow hunter of Artemis, Rhodopis, due to Aphrodite's interference due to finding his and Rhodopis' vows of chastity distasteful. We know that Rhodopis got punished but nothing on Euthynicus, his fate was left unknown after getting caught. Suffice to say it was likely not kind.

I'm sure there are plenty other men in mythology who have been a hunting companion to Artemis or have dealt with her in some ways. I fully admit to not being a huge Artemis myth reader and instead focusing on other gods so I know i'm missing things but I figure this is enough of a list to kinda clear the air.
