So it kind of goes without saying that flooding can do a lot of damage, right? Well, due to recent events, a foot and a half of water got into my basement and, long story short, my heat, hot water, washer, and dryer are kaput, the insurance company is being a bitch about it, and in the meantime I'm paying out of pocket to get this shit fixed before I turn into a popsicle. Or my water pipes explode.
Thus, commissions are like, open open. Just so fucking open. Like the floodgates to my basement, apparently.
