i introduced the void state first, which is when your true self is…. just is. being. not attached to anything and therefore, no thoughts no doubts no self monitoring. nothing intervening. nor remaining. nothing all-short actually. it is a meditative state you induce where you experience no time (as you aren’t aware of this reality or any ; that concept is non existent. you are just with yourself), no bad thoughts or bad emotions and just deeply relaxe without being aware of here and your surroundings. just the true you ; your awareness.

and so whatever you assume, you instantly be to. question mark was this wording odd. what you be you experience.

it has no resistance in sight. so. you manifest (so shift) what you want by stating im already in my dr or i already have xyz. and it instantly enter in your experience. orrr just enjoy meditation there (as i do cause it is the most peaceful state ever).

i shared her two ways to get in the void state. plus my personal tip. the first was the infamous distraction method. then a multitasking double meditation method?? unraveling. you put on a meditation just as background and slowly start to dive in your own thoughtless mind and let go of the instructions said and you are naturally in (the) void. and my little advice: your eyes are closed your mind don’t know. and so you say oh yeah i am in the void. oh i am entering the void. your brain don’t know what is the void. the void is nothing. what if this is the void? and your brain can’t disprove. it stammer. it has to acquiesce, and along giving up the empty narrative.

and how you are not your body. you actually are only pure awareness experiencing a reality where you do the things you do. there is an infinite amount of realities. time doenst exist. your future and past doenst either. it was and is always just your awareness experiencing the present moment cause it always is. you are more than this world, you are more than this body.

and that is where i told her about shifting.

immense worth the notice footnote. just to remember. this might not be the case for you in the sense that, shifting entered your mind already. you are aware and have been surrounded by infos and the feeling of a 6 years knowledge. i am not gonna say “forget everything now reboot!!!!” drastically over your head. cause it’s emotionally more complicated.

but. i would say get rid of it. which is different. here you are not denying it but rejecting it. do it with a simple decision “im not running by all of that anymore”. or dramatically throwing it over sea like a flip phone film sequence. know you have everything. you are source. you are the aromate that change a whole gustative impression. you are the one deciding what you want to experience. you shift every second. you just decide on which you want your next to be at. select your default.

each reality has its own set. its own continuity definition. its own mechanism. and routine. this reality always continue to its branches of other realities. and that’s when your awareness shifts without notice. right now it already evaluated. poof shifting again. we all wave our hands

but. zooming again on reality ‘structure’??? it is all neutral. all happening in the now. in this exact present moment. all with the exact same probability of you being aware of it. there is no such thing as distance. you aren’t traveling. you can shift to reading my next word a latte in hand or experience a dinosaurs return. all happening in this exact moment btw. same amount of possibilities. all equal chances of happening. the way that the two reality are not even apart like????? what do you mean its an option??????? let me totally freak out in advance BUT ALSOOOOOOOOOOO. NO. LETS NOT. spending a lifetime considering every infinity feels like a draining bureau illegal job. and the good news i chant is you are the one that chose what you expect!!!!!!!

this reality IS neutral. you are the one assigning a meaning to it. yet. it is the very same as your dr. if you blur the meaning. yes you would prefer be editing your next book face to window of the riviera. and i say yes??? what is stoping you. when its right with you being here. or another there.

reality is modulable. it dissolves. melts. it is a veil that is lifted by a mere light breeze and fallen on the stone. reality is fragile. so much. at every decision, turn movement, choice, alignment, instinct, turn of trust, focus. it is going again. and reshaping. always. it’s never constant. it’s the papier mâcher one keeps chewing back. yes. disgusting sort of analogy scratch this right now mi apologies.

it is a flip book of thin pages. each a sequence holding a reality. each a story of you being the protagonist and simultaneously the director of the moment. why would an external factor would even matter when you are the source. why would you consider an illusion dictate you. you are holding a book and looking for the final in a garden. why would you.

the assumptions. well. your mind holds a few. and by that i mean a never ending dictionary. that directs the awareness into its experiences. again and again. a part of it are laws for you, leading to other assumptions. but you have to understand. the mind doesn’t hold a fortress code. an assumption persisted and the mind says hi do come along place is yours. those assumptions can be altered. just by one (1) decision, just by will, just cause you said so. and roll the credits cause that is enough ! ! !

accept that shifting is simple cause it is. not a soften delusion. it’s a fact. shifting is easy to it’s core. and it doesn’t ask you for permission to be. you don’t need belief. overreated if you want my opinion. yes talking about it like a peanut supplement on a already perfect milkshake. shifting is something you experience. that just is. like gravity doesn’t wait for you to act. please accept it and sit in the silence left

also also also. putting this here. i did saw a lot of people saying “she shifted only because she didn’t know the option of not succeeding” well firstly yes. totally. and secondly i think it was rather that she came to it without any expectations. which directly equals no resistance. and so tada open door. imagine setting so high the expectations of something your mind can’t predict that it lead to you cancelling without knowing the assumption that you already shifted. and flip it back to the wrong side of the board…..by the pressure…….

If shifting is easy, why do many people take years to shift and why are there still people who haven't succeeded?

First of all, have you truly not shifted yet, or are you just still seeking validation in the physical?

Sometimes (often) we believe that we haven't shifted/manifested because we haven't seen it physically, we haven't felt it with all our senses, but what if in reality the physical senses are illusory? Who can prove that this is actually relevant and real?

The real success story comes from accepting it, from knowing it's yours; the physical are consequence! Many say they accepted it, that they followed a method, affirmed it, persisted, and blah blah blah, and still haven't seen the results physically, but I ask you: What is the physical really? Just reflect on it, and realize that your mind already has a ready-made answer, because it tries to entertain you, it likes immediate and quick answers, but what if the real answer is silence? I ask you again, and reflect on this right now: what is the physical? Ignore the ready and anxious answer of your mind and realize how, in reality, physics doesn't have a definition, It is not an inner or outer world, it simply is, because there is no double face, there is no inner side and an outer side.

By assuming you shifted, you're already there. Accepting something isn't about affirming it for hours and then searching and analyzing the physical reality, sleeping and waiting to wake up to a new reality; accepting something is about selecting your perception of the present moment, what is true for you to start from this point...just like we don't see oxygen, we shift all the time without realizing it.

Analyze how you perceive reality. Let's say you have green eyes, do you constantly assert that they are green? Do you rush to look at them in the mirror to make sure they are still green? Do you constantly wonder if they're green? Do you go to sleep hoping to wake up in a magical world where they're more green, or do you KNOW they're green? Apply that same thing to shifting, just perceive shifting for what it is: natural. It's not a method, it's not something new, a spell, it is what it is. If we didn't have a name for it, our minds would label it as natural!

The WHOLE problem starts on the "physical". Many people get lost in thinking that the "physical" is real, an entity outside of ourselves, separate from us. But it isn't; the world isn't external to us, but rather something that occurs within us, because we are consciousness. The world is an extension of the imagination; imagination and the physical go hand in hand, because they are a extension. Once this false illusion of separation is accepted, this difficulty dissolves.

Once you imagine something, you are creating it; keep an open mind to that. You're not visualizing something for the future; past and future are concepts of the mind, and the mind doesn't exist outside the ego, and guess what? ego doesn't exist. The only thing that might make you hesitate is this simplicity and the blurring of the lines between physicality and imagination.

The physical, being an extension of the imagination, are the same thing. Abandon the idea that there is a difference! there is no old reality and a new reality; the only thing you do is change your interpretation of it. It's like the famous example: you buy a painting canvas, you can put as much paint on it as you want, but the canvas remains the same.

You don't need methods, examples, subliminals... Just accept, accept that your imagination is the same thing as "physical reality", It's not complicated. It's all simple; the source of everything comes from the "Ego death." Not by treating it like garbage, but calmly; there's no need to resist/"ignore" something that doesn't exist. Once all of this is understood, everything becomes lighter and you will comprehend the totality of everything.

Just understand that when you imagine, you are creating; that is already reality. What the mirror shows you is not your results, it shows you what you believe. You don't really think the mirror is real, do you? Stop validating this.

Just accept that you already have...sooner or later your beloved "physical" will reflect. Just accept that your manifestation/Dr has always been within you, with you, never separate.

As I said in another post, The attempt to shift/manifest only exists when you see the physical as the result, as validation that something worked... but the physical is an observer of what you observe.

Understand that the physical/ego does not exist and finally be free.

Sometimes we worry too much about trying to get rid of the ego, about ignoring the physical (or 3D, if you prefer), we try to reflect for hours about the physical, seeking to finally detach ourselves from it...But if you know that never existed, then what exactly are you trying to get rid of? There's no one, there's nothing, so what are you trying to let go of?

There is no ego, no physical form, there is no human being, there is no human experience. Stop worrying about not being, about ceasing to identify with the ego, about ceasing to identify with the physical, like... you're already none of that! Sometimes we worry too much about "destabilizing" the physical world so that something finally works, but who notices this lack? There is no lack, no one notices this lack, the lack is an illusion.

People struggle to manifest their dream appearances, but why would that be difficult? You don't have a body, you ASSUMED to have a body (you = consciousness), so why would you have difficulty assume a "new" body?

Some people think they can't manifest S/P, but if there isn't another person separate from you, nothing exists outside of consciousness, and you have ACCEPTED the existence of that person, then why would it be difficult to manifest them?

Some people struggle to shift, but shifting itself doesn't exist (since shifting is a name we give to something as natural as breathing, but people treat it as something abnormal), if reality itself doesn't exist, if the ego doesn't exist, and it's all a matter of changing your focus... then why do you think you would have difficulty?

Some believe that consciousness is not in everything, but rather within the body, but that doesn't make sense, The body doesn't exist, so how can consciousness reside within this illusory body? The human being don't exist, so how can anything reside within them?

The ego is a creation of the mind, and the mind does not exist; the mind is not a real entity. The mind itself is the name we give to a collection of thoughts, and thoughts are not real, thoughts are not fixed, So, therefore >> It doesn't exist, it can't affect me.

Think of a lucid dream; it occurs when you realize it's not real, and then you can control it however you want. And it's not something you have a huge process to "awaken" to in the dream, you simply perceive it, and from there you control everything without limits. Why do you think it would be different with "this reality"? Since nothing changes from the dream to the physical reality, after all, the basis and the creator are the same: the consciousness.

Hi loves, Okay so… this is it. This is THE post. I've been getting lots of asks about the void. And what I've noticed is that they are all the same but written in different words. So, I decided to make THE post. The one that explains what the Void really is, how it works, how to “get there”, why people manifest instantly in it, the most common questions, and why you don’t need to freak out or overthink ANY of it.

No more confusion. No more Reddit horror stories. No more existential spirals. Just facts, love, and clarity.

Let’s go.

What even is the Void State? The Void State is not a place. It’s not a black hole. It’s not a dream. It’s not a trap. It’s not an alternate dimension where you disappear and never come back. It’s literally you. You without ego. You without identity. You without doubts, fears, or stories. It’s your natural state; pure awareness, pure consciousness. The calm, silent, limitless presence that’s always been there behind your thoughts. You don’t go into the void. You just remember that you already are it. That’s why it's also called the I AM state. Why do manifestations happen instantly in the void? Because there are zero limitations there. In the void, you’re not identifying as a little human with trauma, past, beliefs, or doubt or thoughts or anythig. You’re identifying (you are), as pure power. You’re not wishing for something, you’re declaring it.

There’s no resistance. No contradiction.

You say it. It’s done.

Period.

"Okay but like S-Safa… H-HOW do I get t-there??

Let’s break it down simple as hell:

1. Get comfy. Lie down, sit, sprawl like a starfish—whatever. Just be comfy.

2. Let yourself relax and get sleepy. You don’t have to be dead asleep, but it helps if your body is relaxed and your mind starts to slow down.

3. Do what calms YOU. Some people affirm “I am the void,” others visualize darkness, others play songs in their heads. My tip? Don’t try to force your mind to be quiet. Let it wander. Seriously. If thoughts pop up, let them. Watch them like clouds. Don’t grab them. Don’t judge. Don't engage.

4. Just... chill. Eventually you’ll feel floaty, calm, maybe like you're spinning or melting. This is a good sign. Keep relaxing. Don’t start overthinking or be like "AM I IN??", "AM I doing it right??", "Now what should I do??"— that literally will just cause you being too nervous and excited and it kicks you out lol. Just be.

5. At some point, boom: silence. No thoughts. Just you. Just presence. That’s the void. Now affirm whatever you want or don’t. Just know it’s done.

FAQs (aka what y’all keep asking me over & over again)

“I’ve been trying for months/years and I still can’t get in. Am I broken?” No, love. You’re literally the void already. You’re just trying too hard. The harder you try, the more you convince yourself that the void is far away. Stop trying. Start being. Drop the pressure. Let go. It’s okay to forget and remember. There’s no time limit. “I don’t feel anything when I try/ I get a LOT of symptoms... is that bad?” Not at all. The void doesn’t always come with flashy sensations. Some people feel floaty or peaceful. Others feel nothing at all and then poof, they’re in. Lack of feeling/A lot of feelings ≠ failure.

You're not trying to feel something, you're letting go of the idea that you need to.

“I can’t quiet my thoughts. My brain won’t shut up.” That’s okay. You don’t need to force your mind to be quiet. Let the thoughts exist, just don’t engage with them. You’re the sky, the thoughts are clouds. You don’t have to chase them or fight them.

“What if I get stuck in the void or don’t wake up??”(lmao guys I unironically get these asks) My angel, that’s Reddit fanfic. You’re just connecting with your natural state. You’ll be perfectly fine. You’ll wake up, feel peaceful, and probably laugh at yourself for ever being scared.

“How do I know I was in the void? What if it was just SP or SATS or a dream?” If you’re calm, blank, detached from identity, and just aware — that’s it. You don’t need fireworks. And anyway… it doesn’t matter. You will KNOW when you're there. It's just, you'll know.

“Will people be the same awareness after the void? Like the same soul?” Oh my lord. There’s no such thing as 'one true' version of people. Reality is fluid. The people around you will reflect the version of them you choose to experience. Same names, same bodies? Sure. Same vibes? Up to you. It’s all your projection anyway.

“Will I regret it?” Only if you decide to. But… why would you regret living your dream life? Healing yourself? Loving deeper? You won’t lose anything except limitations.

Anyways my sweet angels. That's it. I hope you got your doubts cleared up.

Stop trying so hard. Stop chasing the void like it’s a prize or a secret level.

YOU. ARE. THE. VOID. You are the silence behind the thoughts. You are the power behind the words. You are the god/goddess of your life. You don’t have to achieve anything. You just remember. And when you remember? Everything bends.

There’s only one thing : Awareness

Think of reality like one big ocean.

Every person, object, and event is just a wave in that ocean.

You’re not a wave inside it , you’re the whole ocean, just pretending to be one little wave for fun (got figure 🤷🏽‍♀️)

The “human you” is a costume

Your name, body, memories, habits, morals , all of that is just the costume Awareness is wearing right now.

It’s not bad or fake, it’s just how the game looks from this point of view.

Manifestation = choosing what movie to watch

Because you’re the ocean (Awareness), whatever you decide is true becomes the next scene in your movie.

You don’t “attract” things from outside , there is no outside.

You just decide what story you’re in, and reality rearranges to match that choice.

Old story: “I’m unlucky.” ➡️ world plays out that script.

New story: “Everything works out for me.” ➡️ world shifts to that one.

That’s all the “law of assumption” is , you assume the new movie is already playing.

Why it doesn’t change instantly...?

Imagine you’re steering a big ship.

When you turn the wheel, the ship starts to turn right away, but it takes a bit for the body of the ship (your mind, body, surroundings) to catch up.

The ocean (Awareness) is instant; the ship (your human story) has momentum.

That’s the little “lag” you notice when you permashift or change identities.

So,how to live it day to day?

1. Remember: you’re the ocean, not just the wave.

2. Pick your new story,like,for example, "I have always been wealthy"

3. "Feel" it as real for a few seconds (and if you don't feel anything is ok. I mean,if you always had money why would you feel anything special anyway,they money was always there 🤷🏽‍♀️)

4. Let the world catch up instead of checking whether it worked.

Keep doing that, and the old story naturally fades not because you fought it, but because you stopped giving it attention.

So,in plain words,you are the Awareness imagining being a person.Whatever story you choose to imagine and decide is real becomes the movie you appear to live in.

BUT,BUT,BUT the circumstances,3d,my thoughts,my feelings... 😭

So,you realized you’re Source, you started to feel free… and then the old story pops up like, “Hey bestie, remember me?” 💀

First, you’re not doing it wrong. That’s exactly how the illusion works.

Let's talk some examples of how you can "deal" with it ⬇️

🌊 The Ocean & the Wave example:

Imagine you’re the entire ocean, calm, infinite, peaceful.

Then one day, you decide to pretend you’re a single wave.

As that wave, you start having experiences , ups, downs, old memories, annoying thoughts, whatever.

They’re just movements of the water.

When you say, “I want that old story gone!”, that’s still the ocean talking, just forgetting it’s already free.

You don’t need to fight the old waves. They fade naturally once you stop pushing them.

Because when you push, you’re still saying “this wave is real and powerful,” and the ocean keeps reflecting that belief. What you resist persists(I used to hate this phrase,but it's ironically true)

So here’s what to "do" with old stories:

1. Notice them “Oh, there’s that annoying thought again.”

2. Don’t argue. Don’t fix.

Just remember: that’s an echo of the old movie.

3. Refocus on the new scene.

Feel the new identity (in whatever way you like best,affirmations,visualizations,scripting,or even just saying it once and then going on about your day,that's what I do) . Choose to know that one’s playing now.

4. If it annoys,upsets or triggers you, that’s fine.

Let yourself feel it for a sec, but know it’s just momentum.

Say to yourself,if you want to:

“This annoyance doesn’t mean it’s real. It’s just noise in awareness.”

Over time, when you stop reacting to the old story it starves.It loses fuel because it only runs on your attention.

Ok,one more example I guess.

🎬 Movie Metaphor

You’re watching a movie in a theater, “My Life Sucks: The Struggle Saga.”

Halfway through, you decide you’re done and want to switch to “Only Rich People's Problems: Nepo Baby Energy.”

But… the old movie keeps playing on the screen for a bit because you haven’t walked out of the theater yet.

So what do you do?

You don’t yell at the screen,you just get up and walk into the next room where the new movie’s playing.

At first, you can still faintly hear the sound from the other room, but eventually it fades out completely.

So,in short,the old story only hangs around because it’s used to being the main character,you don’t fight it. You just stop being it's audience. You can focus on the new story if you want to,or you can just let it all be as it is since you already know a new movie is about to start anyway,the old one is already ending.

And that's it. It's so simple that our brains want to complicate it,ask thousands of questions,etc,but that is just noise in awareness too,passing thoughts and doubts. The less you entertain them the less they'll come up with their annoying endless quizzes.

I hope this cheat sheet helps you as it helped me. It took forever to organize everything I understand about these topics in the most simple,straight to the point way I could think but here it is.

You know your thoughts beliefs and assumptions all come from a identity, and it creates your reality!!

random thoughts manifest but your desires dont for two reasons.

1. what you just told me is a belief itself.

2. You have no resistance to your random/passing thoughts. you simply accept it and let it go as if it was true already. You don’t feel like you NEED them. (need implies lack/ you don’t have it.)

What to do:

You need to change your beliefs about your manifestations. because right now you believe only your passing thoughts can manifest and not your desire. — Reality will have no choice but to show you proof. Reality is your yes man, it accepts what you believe, assume, think, etc, and will always say yes to it. SO THIS ITSELF IS A MANIFESTATION!!

You will also need to take your desires of the pedestal. you told me that when it comes to your desires, nothing happens. Thinking this subconsciously puts your desires on a pedestal because you perceive it as harder or more difficult than your passing thoughts.

reflect on who you are identifying as, what you feed into, what you believe, and constantly think. because reality just has to show you that.

You need to identify with already having your desires + Always getting your desires. AND STICK TO THAT IDENTITY!!

Stop wasting your time reading a thousand posts every single day. Stop spending your money on coaching, hoping that this time something will be different and your desire will actually show up. Stop thinking about where you're going wrong and where you did something right. JUST APPLY.

Your desire won't show up just because you have more information. It will show up when you finally decide that it's yours. You've always been manifesting, even when you didn't know anything about it.

I want something -> I decide that it's already mine and I expect it to manifest -> it manifests

There's no secret step that says "read 5 posts and watch 5 videos and then spin around 5 times while chanting “i have it” out loud". Of course, if you assume that this is what you have to do in order to get something, you will have to do it to get something. But it's completely unnecessary, right?

So many of you read and watch stuff hoping that you will discover some secret method that will change everything for you. And don't get me wrong, methods can be fun and they can help you find confidence and I'm definitely not against any of them. But the truth is, all you really have to do is make a decision that something is yours and expect your desires to appear.

Because when you do your methods, when you read those posts or when you listen to different coaches, do you actually expect those things to work, or are you simply hoping that this time they will work?

Hope doesn't really get you anywhere. Do you hope to take a shower at the end of the day? Or do you decide to take a shower? You hope for something you have no control over, not for something that is entirely in your power.

i truly do think quite a few individuals on this platform forget that fact, i always see some people stating "but i cant, i dont know how, i-" and the excuses carry on like some cheap knockoff of dr. Seuss. or individuals jumping on another bloggers back hoping for some type of gospel to be spewed out of their throat??

i dont get it. i truly do not. shifting found YOU for one reason or another, it came to you with open arms. and yet here we are lollygagging hoping for a free handout, when there was never a need for a handout to begin with.

shifting never had a code to crack or was ever hard to begin with? people misinterpreted it's essence and overcomplicated something that shouldve come as easy as breathing. there is no "technique" that i can tell you will make you shift tonight, you are the technique. quite literally, you are.

if you decide that shifting via sleeping is easiest, it will become easiest. shifting awake is easiest, than it will become so. do not limit yourself to your DR, this reality is yours as well. don’t forgot. we have no origin, no beginning nor a end. if you can think it, it is within your reach. think about shifting, and do it. no need to sit there and worry about the if's, there is no such thing here. it merely is "i decided to do it" or "i decided not to do it" no in-between.

your unnecessary doubts betray you, it is your biggest enemy. it wants your downfall, do not let a part of yourself betray you. get. up.

but now, knowing i’m the one holding myself back, it makes so much sense. not because i choose to wake up here, but because it’s a subconscious belief, thinking everything has to be perfect. that’s why it keeps repeating. not because i can’t shift, but because i let that part of me take over.”

— this is something i found out about myself a little while ago and it was honestly such a relief finally knowing what the fuck was going on! so, these past few days i’ve been robotically affirming that i will shift no matter what happens. and while i’m not allowing myself to fall back into my old identity, i still catch myself thinking literally in the middle of my shifting attempts, wondering if what i’m doing is enough.

but after watching this video, something in me genuinely woke up again. no like actually.

towards the end, shay mentioned trusting ourselves, and something in me just knew that that’s the main reason why i don’t let myself shift, because i don’t trust myself! it does sound illogical knowing that shifting is everything i want, but it makes so much goddamn sense.

if i trusted myself, would i be asking if the things i did were enough? would i be doubting my ability just because i don’t feel motivated? would i procrastinate because i have plans? would i even keep waking up here?

no the fuck i wouldn’t !!

and that’s what feels so reliving right in this moment, knowing that this identity can be changed. i can become my best self, finally allowing myself to shift.

and you can too! it’s literally all about repetition and consistency. if you remind yourself, over and over, that you trust yourself, it is going to become your reality. there’s no other outcome. don’t let anything that doesn’t align with that version of you to get in your way! decide who you are and stick to it. no. matter. what. ‹𝟹

Recently I've gotten to the void state, manifested 10k, manifested my period being light and easy, along with my favorite meal and drink that I haven't had in years ・・・ It feels so good to be so young, and have this fun, and be successful, I'm so successful! And, girl, you too, you are so young and beautiful, and so successful!

ㅤㅤI've been living my life on easy mode and honestly it is all so simple. The secret code to your best life is you, or rather your state of mind. The 'self' is the only thing that exists, it's the only thing that is real.

ㅤㅤSelf is your true identity. Everything else outside of self is a fabrication, a illusionary reality. Self = consciousness = awareness = imagine. It's all one in the same. Nothing exists outside of you because YOU is all that there is. Everything that exists in the "physical" essentially isn't real.

ㅤㅤYou are the source, you are the creator. Reality is whatever you make it out to be. Once you decide something is true, then it is. That instant, that moment. Identity, your state is all that matters. All of these methods are tools to help you get/maintain a certain state.

ㅤㅤHow do I do it? Well my self concept is so high I envision myself to be a God walking on this Earth ㅤㅤbecause it's all in me. No matter what, I always return back to self. Regardless of what's happening I always go back to the source.

You just got a rejection letter? No you didn't.

Your sp just blocked you? Um, no they didn't?

You don't have your desires? Yes the hell you do.

You are like clay and everything around you is something that was made from the clay. Clay = source = you. Everything around you is a pot, or a mug, or a plate . . . it's still clay but it appears to be something else.

There is no separation and once you realize this and make this your identity then you are set for a life of pleasure!

i’ve seen so many of these success stories on tumblr and think to myself, yeah but why is it so hard for me? even with those thoughts, i still persisted - but i also forgot to persist, and also has busy times in my life - i still shifted.

long story short, here’s what happened:

i’ve been into shifting ever since the 2020 dracotok days, and yes i fell victim to the ‘you can’t shift unless you script this tiny detail’ propaganda, which affected me very bad as i am a very anxious person. then this led me to be kind of scared of shifting, as it was unknown to me at the time. i tried and tried and tried but i was so terrified. i left it alone for a bit, and tried on and off, before i got seriously into my manifesting. i knew manifesting worked, as it had shown me i could get anything i wanted before, but i discovered the tumblr manifestation community (🥹🥹i love u all u genuinely helped me sm). this changed my mindset, which is the key to literally everything. i believed i could shift, and i persisted, while not putting the notion of shifting on a pedestal that requires crazy methods and details etc. i was also focusing on other manifestations too, and it was all more chill from there. THEN, when i was in my gilmore girls era, i told myself i wanted to shift there. i persisted, and left it alone. i trusted in my own mind and my own thought processes, and left it alone. i tried very hard not to obsess over the ‘how’ and just focused on the end goal (i learn this from the tumblr shifting community and it changed my LIFE i will make another post on that). i go to sleep and BOOM. i’m walking down the road in stars hollow. and for anyone saying ‘it’s a lucid dream’, i FELT the temperature of the night on my skin, i felt my feet walking, and my mindset was ‘okay. i’m here now. and i’m safe. it’s okay.’ which was amazing. it didn’t last long because i wanted to get back to my cr, but i still count it as a shift. i hope this post finds u well and happy shifting <33
