If there's something wrong with the building, he somehow manages to get it fixed (usually either through his fairly broad construction knowledge or through his total comfort with all manner of confrontation), but if you commit some small infraction—overflowing mailbox, too much noise at improper hours, dirty front rug—you'll hear about it from Roy pretty instantly. They all talk fairly typical suburban, unserious shit about him behind his back, but will stand behind him and nod in unison when he tells Tenpenny to get his act straight and fix the roof or whatever.

I can’t believe I never played dead money despite having played this game regularly on and off since I was 11. Probably cause I thought it was scary. Turns out it was the most banger thing ever omg. Anyways Christine now owns my life and all of my thoughts
