everything in my head regarding my ego, and my patience in people, has been tossed about

my image, 'oh fuck did that make me look dumb, or weak, or useless?'

'does this person actually like me or are they lying to save my feelings?' my partner can tell me all the time how much his friends like me and apparently start conversation with him by asking the next time ill be on campus, but i Dont Believe him or them. i can know logically, its not possible for every one to hate me. but i can Feel the opposite

or to be like 'youre on thin ice. piss me off one time and i will unfollow/block you' and that itd actually matter to them and theyd go 'oh noo this person is so cool! i cant let him unfollow me :('
