Idk if y'all know but this is one of my DR's. I can't even tell you what my "original reality" was because of how many times I've manifested and shifted into my desired reality. I literally had deja reve the other day and it made me stop and think, I really went from being a student with no connections to medicine to being on the road to graduate early, get a masters and medical license.
I'm telling y'all if you are trying to shift for escapism, while you are in this reality manifest changing your life for the better. 4 years ago I was extremely depressed, suicidal and would rather be in any reality than the one that I was in. Now? I'm looking towards my future, gaining valuable connections and information, meeting likeminded people, no longer connecting my self worth to the male gaze, and highly accomplished in many areas.
Don't limit yourself.
Go to bed and tell yourself you are shifting into a reality where you are destined for greatness (and you can sprinkle in a reality where you become a shifting master as well). When you wake up, know that you have shifted. Things might seem the same for the first day, or maybe the first week but don't let the 3D convince you you failed. You will succeed first try. I did it. Now it's your turn.

2. Begin to feel the placement of everything around you in your DR bedroom using proprioception. Not visualising, just feeling and knowing that, "yes my bed is here and my closet is there, I am laying next to the open window, I can feel the breeze on my face..."
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐞𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫. 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭.
3. Accept that you are here right now, in your DR. Relaxing and taking a nap. Maybe you're laying beside your s/o, maybe you feel the bed move as they change their sleeping position. Just enjoy the relaxation and the feeling of peace that comes with it. Do you have a chore to complete later in your DR? You'll do it after this nap... you feel oh so comfortable. It would be a shame to get up... Now you're thinking like your DR self, role playing a nap. Which is good! Its what we are going for.
4. From here you have two options:
a) Actually fall asleep, and it doesn't matter where you wake up. What matters is that you were in your DR while you were sleeping even if you open your eyes to your CR, you know what you experienced.
Or
b) Open your eyes when you feel ready and no matter what reality you are seeing now, accept the fact that just now you were in your DR and you were taking a nap there.

Song Associated Shifting
On the days when shifting felt too overwhelming and methods were just more unwanted baggage, I would use music.
I would put on a floaty song, think Stray.wav, Let it happen, sdp Interlude, etc (all slowed and reverbed lol). Then I would close my eyes and pretend that the music was guiding me into my DR.
Either that or thinking that the music was levelling me up somehow and making shifting easier for me. I know it sounds silly but it genuinely worked. I would sit there thinking, "its working. I can feel myself shifting 🤩" Just using the music as kind of a power up.
It was fun too. I would get super into it and not even realise that I had shifted already. The only problem was that I would get startled and panic and then purposely shift back. Still working on that though.
burn the labels.
yes you read the title right. burn the labels. from now on, i don't want to hear terms like 4d, 3d, 67d, 69d, idgaf. i also don't want to hear "manifestation". none of that "i have it in consciousness but not physically" all of these labels are causing you unnecessary confusion and separation.
it's not even manifestation in the traditional sense. it's possible growing up you've associated the word with some magic and spiritual stuff with crystals and tarot. now if you use those, you do you. but you've been casting spells with your words and way of thinking to begin with. you've been creating your reality without the knowledge of "manifestation". you've been shifting before you realized what "shifting" is. you were "manifesting" before you knew what 4d and 3d and " in consciousness" meant.
it's also not even law of assumption nor attraction anymore. throughout all of this you come to a realization that the titles and labels are all different words to describe the same thing: deciding what's true for yourself in the current moment. you did that every time with something negative before. you decided that you were going to fail that test before the test even happened, you did that in the now moment. you decided that your mutual is the type to start drama the second you met them, you also decided that in the now moment. you decided that your sp is a disloyal asshole even though they were probably genuinely busy. that too, you decided was true in the now moment.
you've been in a different reality the second you imagined yourself there. if awareness is all that you are, then you have been shifting your whole life. every second. you have been in all of your drs. you just stumbled upon all this shifting information on the internet the same way as the loass/manifesting folks did (although shifting is manifesting and manifesting is shifting) and your ego got fed a whoooole feast. you started searching, begging, asking "why didn't it work? why didn't my desired reality materialize?" your ego just made a project out of something you've already been doing effortlessly and perfectly. shifting/manifesting are indeed the same is breathing. the same way you don't have a 15-step manual on how to inhale and exhale oxygen molecules, strip away and set fire to the labels, titles, names, and God knows whatever else. no wonder you're so confused.
all you need to worry about now is: what am i accepting as true for myself in the current moment? and stick to that no matter what you see and hear outside of you, no matter how you feel and what you think. that's it. that's the whole "process" of manifesting / shifting.

things i would NOT do...
if i was restarting my law of assumption/shifting knowledge journey from scratch.
here's what i would stay away from as much as possible as a beginner:
seeking knowledge primarily from law of assumption twitter and reddit. most people on twitter are constantly fighting over what manifests and doesn't. i was on there for a good 4 months constantly confused. reddit too, has tons of limiting beliefs especially in the subliminal community. if you know, you know
avoiding self concept OOOOOO
if you're of a certain religion and people from your religion say "manifesting/shifting is a sin" BLOCK THEM omg, my entire acc is literally made to debunk ts lmfaooaoao
switching between multiple creators on youtube which all teach different things. erik (the power of i am) teaches identity, sammy ingram has a huge emphasis on robotic affirmations/repitition, some say self concept manifests some say emotions manifest. others say you don't need a self concept at all. let me tell you something: self concept DOES matter, and it matters a LOT. make your choices based on that piece of information. stick to ONE creator, and that's it.
never force yourself to feel a certain way when manifesting/shifting either. that comes from law of attraction we are way beyond that. you don't need to be excited and happy 24/7. people are often confused between emotion and "feeling it real" which neville goddard used as a phrase to emphasize naturalness. he did not mean jump up and down every second of the day.
DOOMSCROLLING ON SHIFTTOK/LOASSTOK LOOKING FOR THE "NEXT BEST TECHNIQUE BRO". you know ENOUGH. not only does it burn you the fuck out but you're in a state of lack, and you cannot fool reality. truly, if you were in your desired reality would you be desperately searching for a technique to get there? that's why it feels like no technique u do works lmao.
be fooled into thinking shifting and manifesting are different things because they ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY ARE NOT
them damn twitter coaches popping up here and there like a bunch of whack-a-moles. they just want your money and nothing else. you will NOT succeed with a coach if your identity isn't in tact. i fell victim to two of these and they did NOT help bc for $35 they were just telling me to "persist and affirm" when my identity was dogshit and i was confused as hell. yes persist and affirm is all you need but it will NOT make sense if you don't do the correct research, and that's why i strongly recommend selecting and sticking to one coach.

desperation can work in your favor. you're not required to completely forget your desired reality, if you can't forget it then don't. idk who's telling y'all forgetting is a requirement!! forcing yourself to forget only creates resistance and installs an assumption that forcing = materialization when that isn't true!! unless you accept it ig.
if you are always thinking of your desire, fine!! make sure you're thinking and obsessing from a place of having it. for instance i've had my cat for 10 years. i don't forget her. i love her to bits and even today i want to squeeze her forever. or like when you get a pretty lipgloss. you're not thinking "ugh i nEED the lipgloss" you're obsessing like "omg i love this lipgloss i'm sooo happy i got it it's the best lipgloss i've ever owned" apply that to your desire. obsess over your face and body looking exactly the way you want. obsess over the fact you're so fine shyt that your sp is all over you. obsess over the fact you're just such a damn money and success and fame and whatever else magnet. obsess from the place of being fulfilled and having it, instead of being desperate/obsessed from a place of lack. desperation from a place of lack is basically needing and thinking you cannot have a life without it. when you're living with and without it (as in not needing to see it physically outside of you) that's where the magic happens.
also remember that the beauty of the law is that it's quite literally like.. minecraft or bloxburg lmao. you create your own rules. it's law of ASSUMPTION not law of whatever user75823723 said. basically law of whatever the hell you say. have fun with it. free yourself. another person's assumptions don't have to be yours.

Knowing is Manifestation
Enough is enough. You should know that this is your reality. Know that you have power over anything and everyone. Know that everything that is happening to you right now, is you letting it happen to you.
Know that everything that is your life right now, you are allowing it to happen to you. That is what is happening. Your life is not happening to you, it's happening through you. You are allowing it to happen, you are creating it.
You are the creator of your reality. Everything that you can think of, you can have. There are no exceptions to this. Call it whatever you want. Manifestation, law of attraction, law of assumption, law of being, shifting, whatever you call it, it's all the same - What you assume to be true is true in your reality. When you become aware of it, you bring it into reality. What you think you have, u do. Idk how much more simpler this can be.
If you don't want it - It's gone. It's nil. NADA. Stop assuming that it's true in your reality. Stop letting it "be" in your reality. What makes you think that you can't change the very circumstances that you created in the first place?
Why do the wealthy remain wealthy while the poor remains poor? You think it's because of the goodness of their heart? or their underlying assumption? The wealthy know that they are wealthy. They know they have the means, the money, the power. It doesn't matter if they're a good person or a bad person. They just know what they have. It's about the knowing. You know you have it? BOOM you do.
That's how simple manifestation is. You don't have to complicate shit. You don't need anyone else to help you with your manifestation. You don't need special tailored affirmations to help with your desires. Just know that it is done and that's that. At this point IDC if you say it's hard or that you can't ignore the 3d and all that. As Wittgenstein once said, “The limits of my language mean the limits of my world.”
As human beings existing on this earthly plane, so deeply shaped by the material conditions around us, we simply don’t have the capacity or the language to fully grasp spiritual practices that lie beyond what we consider “normal.” Practices like shifting can seem strange, even absurd, when viewed through our narrow understanding of reality.
The very development of our kind has been built on an absolutist vision: one truth, one path to that coveted thing we call knowledge. So it’s no surprise that we all feel an almost unconscious urge to categorize shifting, to pin it down to a single explanation, to shrink it into simple words, to turn it into a neat set of steps we can follow before trying again at night, once everyone else is quietly asleep in their rooms.
But shifting doesn’t aim to be a complex concept that demands years of interpretation. Shifting simply is, regardless of circumstances, beliefs, or the insecurities you might carry about it. It exists entirely independent of the illusion of identity you hold in this reality.
Let’s stop trying to understand shifting from such a limited standpoint. Let’s stop identifying so tightly with a human self shaped by a society that knows far less than it assumes. Let’s leave the ego behind. Let’s give up the illusion that there’s a single, final conclusion to reach on this subject.
Shifting isn’t difficult. It never has been, and it never will be. What’s truly difficult, sometimes, is letting go of the ego, the part of us that clings to our humanity, that fears losing the illusion of control over our ever-shifting nature as consciousness.
We already are. You don’t need to convince your brain of something it so stubbornly denies, conditioned as it is to do so.

can you manifest/shift as a religious person, truly?
religious scriptures such as the bible and the quran already consist of verses proving the law of assumption and multiple realities.
in the quran: "Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves" (Quran 13:11)
"And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander," (51:47), (the universe expanding)
"They ask you ˹O Prophet˺ about the spirit. Say, “Its nature is known only to my Lord, and you ˹O humanity˺ have been given but little knowledge.” (17:85) (things being far beyond human comprehension, so who's to say multiple realities don't exist?)
it makes no sense for those in this community trying to gatekeep the law of assumption and shifting from religious people, saying things like "you cannot be manifesting if you're [insert religion, usually abrahamic, here]", especially if you know anything about the law you know that EVERYONE regardless of belief, background, upbringing, experiences, etc. is manifesting ALL THE TIME, because everyone is embodying a certain SELF-CONCEPT at all times. that's why we say manifestation is like breathing, because it is. imagine telling someone they can't breathe air molecules just because they are christian, muslim or jewish?? manifesting and shifting have NOTHING to do with religion but EVERYTHING to do with how you PERCEIVE THEM. just because you are pagan or spiritual or athiest does not give you the right to gatekeep knowledge (that is literally free for anyone to study, btw). i fail to see how a worshipper of aphrodite has the right to study loass and shifting but a worshipper of Allah or a worshipper of Jesus can't. if you genuinely think like this, you're simply islamophobic/antisemitic/religion-phobic, nothing else. just because you've run into some bad apples doesn't mean they represent the entirety of people who follow abrahamic religions.
also food for thought, have you ever thought that perhaps your negative assumptions that you've learned from tiktok, reddit and the news about abrahamic religions and their followers is is only you manifesting more negativity? how about touching some damn grass and actually fixing that hateful assumption of yours? or don't i guess, you're the only one living in a cycle of negativity at the end of the day.
bottom line: if you are christian, muslim, jewish or of any religion not just monothiestic, PLEASE PLEASE do study the law. it is life changing. and do not let any insecure or miserable lowlife tell you that you can't. no human can make your rules for you, since you are the ruler of your kingdom/reality. The reason why you fail is rather simple. You only accept success in the form of it being shown in the 3d. The 3d is not the end goal, it is a mirror. It mirrors your inner world, what you believe and assume you have. The true goal is the absolute acceptance of your desire within yourself. You have it. You wouldn’t worry about not having something if you said you already have it. What do you WANT to believe more, the belief you have it or the belief you don’t? Remember it’s a choice on which one you want to believe and persist in. Nobody is telling you that you only need to accept the 3d as the truth. That’s a choice. Choose to believe you have your manifestations, because why wouldn’t you not want to have them?
Remember, acceptance that you have your desire is all you need to successfully manifest anything. That knowing will transform your inner world, and in turn reflect into the 3d. It is not the 3d that fulfils you, but the belief you have what you want. Close your eyes and imagine you have what you want. Choose to believe you have it for even just a second. That fulfilled feeling, that knowing you have what you want, is all you need for things to start happening. When a doubt pops up, simply acknowledge it is a doubt, and decide whether or not you want to believe that doubt or the belief you have your desires. I know my choice

trauma is attached to the physical mind, not to awareness. awareness is infinite & not bound to a single reality. the “carrying” of trauma from your cr to your dr is caused by assumption, not because that trauma is inescapably implanted into your awareness. you can also script that you cannot get traumatized in your dr, because the way this reality works is not the way every reality works. please do not be scared that you will never leave your trauma behind. you can absolutely become aware of an ego where you are free from all of it. infinity is not conditional !!!!!!! it will be okay
