Say Istighfar daily: "Astagfirullah."

How beautiful is the heart of those who go through the worst storms in life and still choose to stay gentle, silent, patient, kind and humble. They win twice - here and hereafter.

Lakh tufaan aaye magar, uska dil kharab naa kar sakey- jisey bawra samjhti rahi duniya, vo sayana narmi se, khamoshi se, sabr se, tahammul se, aajizi se -dono jahan ki jung jeet gaya.

1. Contentment of the heart

2. Acceptance from Allah

3. Barakah (blessings) in all aspects of our lives

4. Halal (permissible) and increase in Rizq (sustenance)

1. Establish 5 times daily Salaah

2. Make Taubah (repentance) & Istighfaar (seek forgiveness) daily

3. Express Shukr (gratitude) in all conditions

4. Adopt simplicity & avoid extravagance & wastefulness

Every time I'm sheltered from rain, every time I get to hold my brother in my arms, safe, alive.

I pray, but I'm so enraged and disappointed and helpless and distraught and I love each and every soul so, so much.

I wish I could grieve them all like they deserve.

I wish none of this would have happened.

I know you do too. So cry for them, and don't. stop. fighting.
