The shop in the Cliffs has new dialogue in an extremely obscure circumstance.

I don't know what the exact conditions are, but I loaded up my save, spoke to the shopkeeper, and triggered the new dialogue immediately (screenshots under readmore):

One of the funniest pieces of advice I've seen for how to get better at deltarune was "play touhou, rage quit because of how hard it is, and then your automaticly better a deltarune".

It really puts into perspective that yes this is a difficult game(kinda the deal with bullet hells) but atleast its not touhou ☝️
