❣Forgiveness ❣ I've been holding on to so much hate, anger, frustration; each day they turned into depression and anxiety. I use to be so mad at the hurt people "caused me" but I wasn't taking enough responsibility for what I allowed. I can happily celebrate people in love, honesty and justice. HAPPINESS I've never realize the independence in smiling; it's being liberated through my trials and tribulations. I am not the perfect woman nor will I ever be. I have an overwhelming amount of energy that I am learning to channel. I am learning self compassion because hardness only kept me down. I am telling myself it's okay when others judge because I can turn it into a guideline for growth. I smile because I am not taking nothing personal because there is truth in every sound. Proud to say this was another successful day building with the individuals in my community. We took ENY to the beach and meditated and laughed. No these aren't my friends, I haven't known them for 10 years but here are people offering me a better way of living. I've realize this year that these things are more important then loyalty. And if you guys are looking for some Yoga just call @s.k.i.n.n.y_love and she will have your body feeling like it belongs to you.
