There is nothing, ever, that could invalidate all your hard work, your intention, the time you spent dedicating yourself to something. Not even accepting the fact that, sometimes, there are things that you still can't manage or figure out on your own. Your dedication and work will never be rated based on how much of it you did on your own, how much you resisted and fought all the problems and obstacles without asking for help. But in the one that considers the presence, participation, or responsibility of others.

So don't be afraid, nor ashamed, nor greedy. And allow others to take part of these responsibilities. Even if, seemingly, they don't have any intention to take them. You will have time and space to slow down, to ask questions, to check things, to change your mind and try things differently - the first step is not an end, a curse that will never allow you to get out.
