#I am not a fast typer in general but I hit like 78 on this test because I was focusing #I had typing classes because I am the exact right type of old where computer skills were actually taught and not assumed #my students do not type quickly and also type faster on their phones than computers #which is insane to me because I have like a 20wpm speed on my phone lol #my grandmother did secretary school and she had some kind of deranged like 90wpm pace that seems unfathomable but she was very powerful

I'm trying to get my strength back after a pretty serious 2-years of extreme medical issues and deconditioning, I'm doing this with a combo of: doing my little PT exercises, increasing steps, and doing low impact walking workouts for seniors (so they are gentle on my genuinely very fucked up spine and knees) and 3 things are very apparent:

1.) I'm weak as hell lol

2.) I'm uncoordinated as hell (lifelong issue, extremely obvious when also weak)

3.) some of the people on youtube making walking workouts for seniors do not know any seniors... neither miss Barbra Ann nor I will be able to step ball change our way through this at the speed of this EDM background music ma'am!!
