Annabel having a chatelaine is my favorite part of the new episode. If you don't know what a chatelaine is it's a piece of jewelry similar to a pocket that was used in the Victoria era.

Pitch fell first, aware of Jack from the moment he awoke in the dark. He fell first and he fell hard, because the moment he says he's gonna ignore Jack, he proceeds to very much Not Do That, because who is this bright little creature and what is he doing picking a fight he has no business being in? Because Pitch is a slave to curiosity, and curiosity leads to obsession, and suddenly, he finds himself unable to leave the little thing alone. Jack's love is slower to grow, but that's not to say he isn't as fiercely dedicated as Pitch is.

Danny fell first. He may not have realized it, but the first time he met Vlad at the college reunion, he absolutely developed a crush, because let's be real - Vlad was pretty chill and charming up to the point he locked Danny in a box and threatened to kill his dad. So yeah, Danny fell first, but he'll deny it to his dying day (too bad he's already half dead).

Gotta appreciate the fact that the more time people spend with Chaz, the more disillusioned with him they become regardless of how much fun they were having at first or how attracted they were to him.

It's a small but effective way to illustrate how, while funny, Chaz's charisma is fleeting and skin-deep because deep down he is an extremely self-centred and shallow partner and character.
