" nothing is hopeless; we must hope for everything. °☆,~*,
hi. i'm liz. have some hot cocoa.
i'm a near-lifelong pastor's kid raised in the evangelical southern baptist denomination. i questioned my faith several times as a teenager, and left the faith entirely as a young adult. i still live with my family, who are unaccepting of my queer identity, and have additional trauma from being groomed online while trying to seek support. this blog is a space for deconstruction and processing trauma; but it's also a space for my personal spiritual exploration beyond christianity. i'm agnostic and conidering unitarian universalism!
upfront trigger warnings for religion, trauma, grief, and death. proceed at your own discretion, as i don't tag triggers here.

same policies as my main blog @pastelalleycat apply here. i have a couple of more specific triggers, but basically, be respectful, don't be bigoted, and be kind. christians and other religious people may follow in good faith as long as they're respectful. i'm very uncomfortable with satanism due to how i was raised, but will not force satanists to dni.
(( this blog's title and theming comes from madeline l'engle's murry-o'keefe book series, also known as the time quintet or kairos series. she was a liberal christian and her writing means so, so much to me, in a weird way, as an apostate ))
