So erm @/liza_five_nights_at_freddys on instagram have been reposting undertale fanart without credit
Thank you for informing us.
Please be wary of liza_five_nights_at_freddys on Instagram. They have stolen multiple works from various artists.Â
If you’re an Undertale artist, please take a look around their account. Submit a report or contact the user if you’d like your art to be taken down. Please do not harass or insult the user for their mistake.
*A little sidenote, undertale-art-theft blog will not be contacting any of the reported users. We will, however, raise awareness of the users for people to be cautious of. If you wish to contact the users yourself, feel free to do so. But bear in mind to not attack or harass the user. We will not be taking any liabilities or damages if it gets out of hand.
A Tumblr reposter. If you're an Undertale artist, please give this account a look. If you found your work being there, please do a report about it.
This user on tumblr has posted quite a few works and reblogs from users that also repost. I think they speak Spanish but I’m not sure. But definitely check them out and the people they reblog from (I think it’s wonderful what you all are doing, keep up the great work!)
Every artists out there, please be wary of this user. It’s very unfortunate since most of the works being reposted were made by Korean artists. It’s even more unfortunate when this user only allowed messages from people they follow. It could’ve prevented them from being called out publicly. Oh well.
@gamersans87, please take down the works that are not yours or you will be reported. This is not a threat, merely a fact, my friend.Â
And please. I beg you to not attack this user. They probably don’t know any better so please guide them. Educate them on where they are wrong, do not belittle them.
Can you make a post about how artists need to have more than just a signature containing of a letter like you see on so many works? It needs to be their actual username or it doesn't help identify at all! Am i the only one who thinks/sees that?
Oh, I think I have seen a post about this multiple times. But since this was asked, and I refuse to be lazy about it, let me tell you my side of the opinion.Â
Dear artists who are concerned about their works, please do put a signature on your art, your photos, anything that can be marked. Put your username, or names that you’re commonly known as, and in illegible and readable words so that international viewers can see and understand them.
Please don’t think your art is not worthy enough to be reposted. I’ve seen a lot of dipshits making unnecessary comments, videos, posts etc about ‘shitty’ art and if you at least want to be known by what you do, please mark them.
And to those thieves who constantly spitting ‘they should put a watermark/say so on their bio if they don’t want it to be reposted’, that is like saying you should’ve worn a condom if you don’t want the baby, humans shouldn’t have existed to prevent the destruction of flora and fauna, women should’ve worn skirt if they don’t want to be cat-called. That is the most stupidest statement I’ve ever heard, and I won’t deep too dig into it because I’m beginning to have headaches just thinking about it.
Take down the work and respect the creators. If you love someone for what they do, respect them as well.
Any updates on imgrum? I never had any issues with my web privacy, but my boss googled me and now everything from IG shows up without my permission.
Imgrum is an online viewing website. It ties to Instagram. You can check our latest update on our blog with tips on how to solve the problem.

IMGRUM IS DAMAGING ME SO MUCH
Hello! I found your post on the Internet about Imgrum. They should be consider illegal.
They reposted all my pictures without consent and I had to change MY NAME, MY WEBSITE’S NAME AND MY SOCIAL MEDIA’S NAMES to not be associated with these motherfuckers. I didn’t find any way to truly contact them. It’s been exhausting. I am the owner of all the images. I’m a professional photographer with 9 years of experience. Sometimes when I was in LA I modeled, and fucking Imgrum reposted all of those pictures.
Here are just some examples:

I don’t know if you are gonna be able to see them. If not, just google my name: Renee Moora Ferri and see how many Imgrum pictures come up. It’s disgusting. Please give me great news and tell me there is a way to fight them!
Hello Renee. I’m very sorry for the late reply. I’ve been in college and my mods are very busy as well, so right now I’ll do my best to help you with your problem.Â
Unfortunately, Imgrum is like a view page for Instagram. I’d tried my best to take a look on each of the photos you’ve sent to me, examining each of the options, settings, functions featured in Imgrum, but so far, the least I can do is to return page.Â
But! Don’t get discourage. Since Imgrum is basically an online viewer for Instagram, you can easily find the user who infringed your works there, report them or contact the user. We even have a how to report with IG in our archives. Here’s the link to it.Â
I understand your frustration, and honestly I couldn’t be any more sick to find a work being reposted, heck even sold off without authorisation. We hope you’ll be patient, and report the user of their doings. That is the best we can do for now. And for all of you, please understand how much can this problem damage a creator. Their work, their lives, their money all depends on what they do. If you love someone for what they do, might as well respect them for it.
How to report (AliExpress)
ProtectionYou know... It’d be nice if Toby Fox were to make a petition to take off all of the Undertale tags on large online webstores. It’ll really make my and the mods’ job so much easier. But that day’s have yet to come, so in the meantime, let’s suffer.
Unfortunately, you have to sign up in order to make a report, but fortunately, you can make a report yourself, even if you’re not the original creator. Just be sure to be specific and give the right information. Ask the original creator first before you jump right in and make a report. We don’t want to create any fuss.
1. Click on ‘Help’ where the arrow was pointing. After that, it’ll give you two options, but skip that and click on ‘Disputes & Reports’. It’ll bring you to the help page with two options for you to either ‘Open Dispute’ or ‘Submit a report’. Click on ‘Submit a report’.
2. Next, it’ll bring you to another page and you will be given 5 more options. Click on ‘IPR Protection’.
3. After clicking to submit a report, it’ll give you option to explain about your stolen work. Be sure to be specific and give them your legit email so they can contact you.
That’s it. Good luck!
Between reposters and art thieves
Hello everyone. It’s your admin here. Sorry for being dead for a while, and I’m sorry to inform you that I will be on hiatus for the next couple of months again, so I’ll try anything I can to help anyone at the time being. Now, I don’t want to bother you too much about apologies and unnecessary updates about my life nor the lives of the other mods, so let’s get right into the topic.
Let’s take a break from the witch-hunt and rages about the stolen works. I’d like to point out the shallow part of art thievery; that is reposting works and art thieves. I’ve been seeing confusion about reposters and art thieves but did you know that reposting is not really all that bad?
Reposting is a pretty vague area. It’s not really a black and white kind of topic, moreover people seemed to get confused about it. Reposting has good and bad sides.
A ‘good’ reposter would;
1. Ask for permission for reposting the content.
2. Credit the content properly (with links and directed source).
3. NOT taking credit for the work.
4. Show or provide evidences of the given permission (although this is optional, it can prevent future disputes and dramas)
A ‘bad’ reposter would;
1. Not ask for permission.
2. Not crediting a work properly. (’Credits to the owners’, ‘Not mine’, ‘Not by me’, ‘Source; G**gle/Unknown’ are not legit credits you ding dong)
3. Plagiarising a or multiple works.
4. Repost without any second thoughts about the creator whatsoever.
Now, to put it bluntly, art thieving is pretty much plagiarising a work that’s not yours and, as we all know it, is bad. Tracing, copying, stealing, eye-balling, plagiarising, reposting without permission or credits are all form of art thefts, and saying G**gle is a source is incorrect. It’s a search engine. Not someone’s account (unless it’s Google+).
With that being said, I hope this can be a bit of a help to those who are wondering about it, unless you already know about this, please feel free to add more. What I know mustn’t be specifically correct and I made a lot of mistakes too, so don’t worry about pointing out on where I was wrong. I’d be happy to hear a critique or two.
Please excuse my stolen art spam but this is just driving me nuts. PART OF MY WATERMARK IS STILL IN THE ART YOU DUMB S#$T!!! And that’s certainly not all… Someone give me something to punch.
This Amazon Seller stole my art and is trying to sell Hoodies and Tshirts with it
Amazon seller [X]Â [X]Â
Toby Fox does not permit unofficial merchandise to be sold and this seller is trying to make a profit off of my art.
Do Toby and I a favour and do not buy from them and if you want to do me even more of a favour help me report them! I keep trying to report them but Amazon hasn’t been sending me confirmation emails but I will stay determined

STOLEN UNDERTALE ART ON ALIEXPRESS
PLEASE BOOST THISÂ
Hey guys, I was just informed that someone has been taking undertale artwork (including my own) and selling tshirts on AliExpress.Â
Here is a link to my picture: http://spunkytruffles.tumblr.com/post/132998269346/check-out-the-speedpaint-here (You want even more proof? there is a link below of my speedpaint)Â
It’s not just my artwork they stolen too, apparently a lot of other artists as well, so if you wanna also report, then here is the link to this: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/New-1-PCS-Undertale-T-Shirts-Tee-Top-Round-Neck-Tee-Printing-Cotton-Free-Shipping-C077/32573521493.html?spm=2114.40010708.4.19.K0jrnB Never really had this happen to me before but it really does suck, especially since Tobyfox asked to please not sell tshirts and merch on places like this or anywhere. Thanks again guys for boosting and help
Amazon.co.uk Shop offers items with stolen Undertale Fanart!
Hello there fellow Undertale fans/artists!
Today my friend @trashy-fangirlz brought this shop to my attention which offers items featuring stolen Undertale fanart for sale on amazon.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=sr_pg_1?me=AIHNDJ7LJ3D0R&rh=k%3AUndertale&keywords=Undertale&ie=UTF8&qid=1473374292
Not just does this seller go against Toby Fox’s wish to NOT sell items which are mass-produced they also are bold enough to use stolen art for it.
They even stole art with someone’s OC on it
And something that I personally find the worst, is THIS item which is obviously a NSFW/Undertail themed motive. Seeing it sold as an item for children is just wrong and I say this as someone who enjoys seeing Undertail art.
My request to you, dear fandom, is to look at the shop and REPORT it to amazon!
You can do so by writing them an E-Mail. Use the ‘Contact Us’ function you can find in the ‘Help’ or ‘Support’ category, choose the ‘something else’ options until you can enter a text and then type in your complaint about the shop.
If you recognize an artist, please let them know! I would do so but I sadly don’t know the artists, but let’s use the our collective knowledge for this. It’s always more effective to report it as the original owner of the artwork.
If you are one of the artists who has their artwork stolen please remain calm. I know the feeling, my art has been stolen before. If you know someone who is good with setting up legally correct texts, let them write an email to amazon that explains that you are the owner of the artwork and you wish for it to be taken down.
There are rules for this. RedBubble has a good description for the procedure of reporting Copyright Infringement (Scroll down to the point Notice and Takedown Procedure - Reports and Complaints)Â
Follow those and you should be safe!
Stay safe fellow artists and please everyone else, report this shop!
STOLEN ART: UNDERTALE
PLEASE REBLOG SO OTHER ARTISTS CAN SEE IF THEIR WORK HAS BEEN TAKEN.
Yesterday I was reverse image searching some of my art and came across this:
Look familiar? If you follow me, it is most likely due to the Undertale Tattoo Set I did. Which includes this picture:
I attempted to report the infringement here:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/reports/infringement
But I couldn’t submit due to the URL and ASIN not being recognized, which I think might have to do with the original link being amazon.co.jp
Amazon’s Help sent me information to contact their legal team. You can use this too if the above link does not work.
After taking another look I KNOW this person is using more art than mine.
Here is the link to their store (you may need to have your browser translate from Japanese) :Â https://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/search/ref=sr_pg_1?rh=n%3A352484011%2Cp_4%3A%E3%83%86%E3%82%A3%E3%83%8A&ie=UTF8&qid=1471786602
I know I’ve seen this before, but I do not know the artist (EDIT this is @mudkipful):
https://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/search/ref=sr_pg_1?rh=n%3A352484011%2Cp_4%3A%E3%83%86%E3%82%A3%E3%83%8A&ie=UTF8&qid=1471786602
This art is from @pomnoichu
https://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%83%86%E3%82%A3%E3%83%8A-%E3%83%AC%E3%83%87%E3%82%A3%E3%83%BC%E3%82%B9-%E3%82%AA%E3%83%AA%E3%82%B8%E3%83%8A%E3%83%ABT%E3%82%B7%E3%83%A3%E3%83%84-Undertale-XX-Large/dp/B01GUVT3UK/ref=sr_1_351?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1471786315&sr=1-351
Along with sprites right from the game and other fanart much further in their pages. (I have emailed toby, as I can’t tag him on tumblr for some reason and I don’t have twitter)
I have already emailed the Amazon legal team myself but that just happened so I’m awaiting a response. I’ll reblog if I have an update.Â
Hey guys, mine have been stolen as well. I would love of you guys spread it and helped us artists who have been stolen from report this asshat!
lol me again I just thought I should memtion that I had a pintrist a while back before i got a tumblr and i think (from what i experienced) that alot of people of pintrist dont know about the art theft wich is stupid, but how can I spread attention to the useres on pintrist who may be unaware bystanders? (im sorry if any of this sounds stupid, its just that the amount of art theft of pintrist kinda makes me angry) :)
Well, to tell the truth I thought this would've been a little obvious. But I guess other websites must have a different term.
Reblogging - a system where you can just blog the stuff that's already there without leaving behind the source.
Reposting - an action where you reupload a content into a certain website.
The difference between these two are whether there's a source on the stuff or not. Reposting can be considerable and just plain out bad. It is considerable because you can either ask for a permission before you reupload the content and linked to the source or reupload the content without permission but has given a proper linked source.
In the bad aspect of reposting is that you don't even link it, you reupload it without thinking about the artist's consent and the consequences, and just being blatantly disrespectful.
Question number 2;
You can post something that's related to art theft. Like write an article and post it in a form of a photo. Use your creativity to spread the word.
Secondly, I think Pinterest has a comment system. Try to consult them first. If they don't listen, then report them. I've seen the Pinterest report form and as long as you have enough proofs, then I think they will take the reposted content down even if you are not the original creator. But it's good to tell the creator first, since we don't want any trouble.
Recently, i found out that the creator of echofell a.k.a @bluedeer90-siyan has deactivated her tumblr account. I feel kinda sad and disappointed. We lost a wonderful artist in undertale ( undertale AU ) fandom. I feel disappointed because some people never learn, they do same mistake again, and again. Like history repeats itself.
Already?!! Goodness, what the hell is wromg with people.... That's unbelievably sad to hear. Well, if it's their decision, then I will respect that, but for those reposters, imposters and art thieves, it's safe to say they can go burn in hell for all I care. At this point, I'm so tired of hearing about art thieves and reposters. Not to mention loads of school work us mods have. But please know we wont give up and will continuoudly fight this battle. All I ask is for your help. Since we're super busy at the moment, please report your findings along with proofs. We will act as fast as we can to lessen this problem.

On Instagram yandereswap._._sans has stolen so much work. Instead of taking down the works, they ignore comments or block
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I've taken screenshots and will make a call out post about them on Instagram, Tumblr and Amino. For now, please be wary about yandereswap._._sans. Tell them to stop on their crush account. That way you can avoid being blocked and such.
Would be hilarious if someone took the bait :^)))
I’m sorry to use undyne for this but otherwise my point isn’t made.
