Saw the post out there on the lotr side of tumbrl about Frodo having scars from where the Rings touched him and this is absolutely correct but additionally consider: he has scars from the Ring that never really healed but started to look like a red-ish marks on his skin. Multiple scars across his back from the whips in Cirith Ungol that itch sometimes and look whiter than they should. He has permanent spine problems and his legs now get tired way easier frok walks than they did before. His lungs are weaker from breathing in a lot of ash and fire smoke near the volcano, and during some stuffy summer nights he has trouble breathing. His handwriting changes tremendously because he has to re-learn how to write with four fingers on his dominant hand instead of five and he struggles with fine motor skills more often that he doesn't. What is left of his fingers often hurts in uncomfortable striking pain due to being cut off unevenly and without any care, and sometimes he has to shake off a persistent feeling of his finger still being there and hurting or itching. A Morgul blade wound and a Shelob wound is obviously a given.
