What’s crazy is that 50 shades makes no sense as a twilight fanfic because Edward would not do any of that. But if you told me it was actually about BELLA being a dominatrix CEO who gets weird awkward virgin Edward to sign a sex contract and be her submissive… yeah I could see that.

Replace Bella and Edward with Edythe and Beau, respectively, and this resonates with both of our AUs, @stivesketch lmaoooo. Also, I would read *the fuck* out of such a Twilight AU. Surely someone’s written something like this, but I wouldn’t know where to begin. The larger Twilight fandom is scary and gigantic so I don’t know the lay of the land well/what’s going on in there. We’ve reached the point in writing my fic where I know what happens the rest of the way, and certain scenes and chapters are sketched out in advance, but I don’t know exactly what goes in the ~next~ chapter. Or the one after it. Naturally, I promised myself that we’d avoid this state of affairs. Oh well, y’all, we’re going to lock in and see what happens!
