hi! i'm haley, they/them— aka trevino on ao3, aka spoonie.reads on instagram, aka just a little guy. i'm 27, based in the midwest, and i'm a multifandom mess.

i've been a fic writer since before i can remember (no lie one of my first full-length stories was a glee fanfic written before season 2 even aired), for all sorts of fandoms: buffy, leverage, criminal minds, etc. lately i've been in my resident evil era and writing a lot of leon x chris fic! i just finished my first full-length fic earlier this month.

Godddddd he looks so miserable. No wonder Chris got on his knees to apologize.
Some details below the cut
I've decided that he didn't just scrape his head on the steering wheel when the semi truck crashed, he actually gashed his forehead Wide Fucking Open, considering the impact was apparently "hard enough to render him concussed" (trevino, 2). So he has a bigass cut that he covered once (1) then went on to ignore repeatedly. (Also, Day 1 of reminding trevino that he hasn't re bandaged that cut since he arrived. To hell with the stab wound that thing is Festering under there. Can you imagine how much sweat has gotten into it.)
Blood (and some dirt) smudged on his face from the cut bleeding and him wiping his face. (Chris wants to wipe that blood off the tip of his nose so bad)

Tiny scar on his chin from teenage rebellion (Happy or tragic, up to you)
Pierced ears, probably as a way to compromise with his mom (which didn't last... he kept the holes though)
Moles!!! He deserves some cute moles (He deserves to be happy...)
The clip in his eyebrow is just from when I drew it and liked it and left it like that but it could be another tiny scar (again, happy or tragic, up to you)
(I didn't add a burn on his neck but now I'm thinking I should've... his backstory is so fucked up trevino how could you but also thank you I love to see that pretty man suffer)

Originally this was gonna be a comic about how much he dgaf about getting stabbed but that was too hard to I changed it to this
This also started as lineart but I didn't like it so I switched to flat color
This is all on one layer and has always only been one layer.
There are only 9 main colors used to draw this, not counting detail colors like the red blood or his blue eyes. 6 skin tones (main tone, shade 1, shade 2, highlight, original orangey base color, the moles) and three hair colors (Light, medium, dark)
I never intended to flesh it out as much as I did but here we are I hope you like it.

(More yapping: Please please PLEASE let Chris change the forehead gauze and caress his face softly. I wanna see if Leon will cry (<3). Miserable little touch starved man experiencing physical affection and crying gotta be one of my all time favorites. (No pressure I'll love anything you do!) Also I <3 Using PoV Correctly.
Srsly though can you imagine being Chris at like. ANY point in this??? fucking crazy man. Somebody call Juno I NEED to know what he was thinking at literally any point I am on my KNEES (v much feel free to ignore me tho, the best art comes from the soul not the pressure to make it) but specifically I am thinking about pulling Leon from under the shutter and having a momentary scare of 'is this another Zombie?' when he sees the blood all over his face from the gash and probably on his hands from just all of the everything everywhere. THEN having a scare of 'Oh god he's cute. Oh fuck.' before immediately acting like a Bastard cause he's stressed and now panicking.
