and honestly? it's much less the actual age gap and much more about the maturity gap.

like I'm not really into age gaps in ships. but it's not necessarily the hill I'm keen to die on. I can usually ignore it if it bothers me.

but my issue with Soltey is that it's a massive difference in maturity. more then just any other 18-20 year old and a 30+ year old.

because Tamtey spent 95% of their life in TAP being groomed and socially isolated. they didn't get to properly mature socially, emotionally, or culturally. they haven't really *lived* their life for the last 16 years. they've barely been free what, a year? maybe closer to 2 by the end of FTA? if that?

For human, grossly overqualified

Fucking hate this timeline… Corpus is close enough to me that their issues affect my city also. They are already diverting water from other towns, putting them in an emergency also now. They are projected to be out of water by 2027 if not sooner.

It's said that 8 or 7 years will pass in Avatar 4 and if Avatar Frontiers of pandora line up with the movies does that mean there will be a time jump with the characters?

If so either

A: We get a new game (Which I doubt)

Or

B: A fourth Dlc in that time jump

Tamtey seeing her mother for the first time when connecting to the ancestors. Watching her mother's look go from curious, confusion, and then realization as to who Tamtey is.

Feeling her mother's touch for the first time in decades and smelling her mother's scent in just as long.

Tamtey being the one to have to tell her mom what happened to Aha'ri, needing to tell her the events of the moot and what happened after.

Having to break the news that Aha'ri never connected to Eywa after the moot and that why she seen as baby or how she looked like when she last connected.

Tamtey seeing Aha'ri for the first time still a child, who doesn't know who she is.

Tamtey choosing to not explain what happened to her because she's still a child, instead saying she's a family member.

Tamtey not being able to always ask her mom for relationship advice, mom advice, or baby advice. Going to Nefika, Rasi, Anufi, or someone else with the questions and slowly realizing that she might consider them as her mom more than her own.

Tamtey seeing her baby/ies for the first time and realizing what her mom, Aha'ri and the others lost; She gets to grow up and watch her children grow while they couldn't.

Having to learn to not feel guilty for that.

Tamtey having a baby/ies that looks like her mother or her sister and seeing their loved one grow up through them.

Trying to be a mother but questioning themselves because they didn't exactly grow up with a mother.

Telling her child/ren about their aunt and grandmother and her life before them.
