do you think different dalish clans have slightly different sets of vallaslin because the “dialect” has changed over the centuries? like, can you tell that a clan is from the far west because their angles are all sharper? do the northern and southern clans sketch the branches of mythal’s symbols differently? are the etched lines of dirthamen’s vallaslin forgotten entirely in certain regions? surely if their culture has shifted enough that each clan is its own unique peoples then their traditions and tattoos have changed as well
