watching s7 and love how weyoun and damar show up for no reason intermittently. like sisko is out in the desert having a revelation from the gods and it just cuts to weyoun and damar standing in a room and weyouns like damar im going to have your girlfriend executed if she doesn’t leave in the next two seconds and damars like oh yeah what are you gonna do cry about it and it cuts back to sisko finding out he’s the next coming of christ

The commaraderie between Worf and Data. Both not knowing what the fuck the humans are talking about. Worf carries Data, Data helps Worf open doors and lift heavy objects. Both love music (though, different styles). Worf watching Data’s cat in that one episode. Data probably babysitting Alexander at some point.

I forgot that scene in ‘Gambit’! One of my favorite scenes in all of Trek! Data reprimands Worf for questioning his command decisions in front of the crew, Worf says he hopes they can still be friends, and Data says aw i hope we can still be friends too. It’s the sweetest argument ever recorder in Starfleet history.

I'm joking but also not really. Sarek's reaction to any situation caused by his children is either 'assimilate more' or (when they are adults) 'okay I guess you couldn't assimilate enough after all'

this post was brought to you by the fact that I think there was a fourth kid in addition to Sybok, Michael and Spock who got the Sarek treatment and that kid is Saavik. Keep in mind she's supposed to be half-Romulan, and Spock found her as a child on an abandoned Romulan colony, according to beta canon. I can't see her growing up on Vulcan after that without going through the same assimilation bullshit everyone else had to endure, also because back then I don't think many people were seriously thinking of honoring her Romulan heritage, open hostilities and all that
