11. a WIP you’d like to finish someday

Definitely the one hanging over my head—and that I’m most committed to finishing—is a very late epilogue to my lawyer fic, Wrong in One’s Own Way. I poke at it every few weeks and one of these days, I’ll polish it up and post it!

12. a trope you’re really into right now

It’s a bit obvious, but my all-time favorite trope is mutual pining. I never get tired of reading it or writing it. When it twists you up and leaves your chest aching that’s the really good stuff. And it can be such a good way to play around with jealousy, unhealthy dynamics, and self-destructive behaviors, all of which I love.

But a twist on that trope that I adore and wish I found more often in fics is pining while sleeping together. The angst, uncertainty, and intensity of that dynamic, plus the physical vulnerability of it, are all just catnip to me.
