Currently Reading: The Buffalo Hunter Hunter by Stephen Graham Jones! I heard about it via this image/message and had it on my wishlist for a while. Glad I got a copy! Never read horror before, it's really good

Last Film: Because I kept seeing gif sets of it on tumblr, The Princess Diaries. Fun to see all the tropes from the early aughts but its still a fun movie!

Last Show: My partner and I are going through some of the old anime series that he's never got to see before in its entirety. Last year we watched all of Sailor Moon (and Crystal!) and a few days ago we just finished watching all of Dragonball!

Coffee or Tea: Tea! lot of flavors Im a fan of and I can never get coffee to taste the way I want it to (but I love the smell of coffee)

Video Games: Watching my partner play Alan Wake II and being a bit of a backseat gamer (positive) I'm cycling through several; Jurassic World Evolution 3, Paleo Pines, Unpacking, Tears of the Kingdom, Rival Stars Horse Racing (im noticing all of them allow me to just fart around with no pressure)

Music: Been listening to a lot of Deltarune music, stuff from Man on the Internet and NyxTheShield have been personal favorites. Other music includes Florence + the Machine and Gogol Bordello

Travel: Need to update my passport but I would love to visit some friends in the near future. We've all talked about it, it's just making time and having money (and someone to pet sit our cats) to make it happen.

Not sure if it counts since it wasn't too long a trip, but beginning of May I got to have a little family reunion with a niece of mine that I haven't seen in five years (not since my mom passed) it was good to see family I WANT to see and she and her husband and their kids are doing great 🥹

Looking forward to:

Got a crawfish boil coming up in July with my partner's family, always a fun and delicious time

we have a guest room in the basement that's in need of renovation due to water damage. Progress on it is slow but its still progress!

spending this weekend with my partner 💜 its been a rough week and we're ready to decompress from it all!

My partner and I were invited to a Mass Effect DnD game that will begin in July, it'll be my first DnD game! Im nervous and excited!

Working on:

A couple of threads and little projects with friends that were outlined. Slow going because of personal issues, but I'm always excited with each piece written!

Writing up some character bios for that upcoming Mass Effect game!

Art:

Been working on another zorca character of mine and fleshing them out. Art wise I'm finally done, I just need to write out some notes and lore with it before posting it all 👍

I want to do more collabs and character sheets. I made a checklist so I can try and get things done little by little

Tagging:

So the vet checked her blood pressure and it was really high, and after checking her ears and eyes she said its possible Oreo suffered a mild to moderate stroke at some point, hence why she's been so off balance. And that the retina in her right eye detached because of it ><

They prescribed her some blood pressure medication she will be taking asap, and we'll be keeping an eye on her to see if she improves or not. But she said its possible Oreo won't get her eye sight back
