I have lots and lots of thoughts LOL. I’m not gonna lie I’ve I’ve always been very torn about her. Sometimes I can’t decide if she’s being authentic or she’s just being an actress. I thought she came off very relaxed and calm and straightforward in the interview. Like I just find it hard to believe that she didn’t know anything about him before she dated him? That she didn’t Google him or look up anything about the Royal family, who would do that? Plus she said in the interview that she knew/is friends with Eugénie!! Also I heard her say one time that it was basically like a blind date for the both of them and I was like “bitch he is so famous!” I just cannot believe that she didn’t know anything about him.

I am not at all surprised that “The institution” I guess they called it was not supportive of her or had issues with her. the royal family is always very traditional and Harry’s choice for a wife was very untraditional for them so to think they were just going to welcome her with open arms with love and support —yeah that was never gonna happen.

It’s super disappointing to me that Charles would do that to his son, if you watch the crown you know that he was forced to marry a woman he didn’t love and not allowed to marry the woman he did love for 20 years -so you think he would want the opposite for his children than what he had to put up with instead of that “well I had to deal with it so you have to deal with it too” mentality.

Overall, the only thing that really shocked me was that she said about being suicidal. That’s a really serious thing to say and I know a lot of people are questioning it and even my first thoughts were that maybe it was just pregnancy hormones because how could a pregnant woman think of killing herself and her baby. But it would take a really heartless person to say that and not mean it so I believe her that she may have those thoughts.  I wish Oprah would’ve asked her if she was able to seek counseling when she left the UK or if she’s in counseling now. I know it’s not really her business but she did bring it up! so if she really is having such issues with her mental health those just don’t end when suddenly you move to a mansion in California right?

On March 16, 2016 he said “the Senate will appropriately revisit the matter when it considers the qualifications of the nominee the next president nominates.” To go forward with affirmation so close to an election would be reversing his own tradition and frankly shows how affirmation would be an entirely partisan sham instead of a consideration of the person best fit to take on the mantle of Supreme Court Justice. 

I personally feel like the country is very divided, and I think many of my fellow Americans would agree with that sentiment. Elections are the people’s way of voicing their concerns to the government and making sure they are represented. To fill a role as momentous as that of a Supreme Court Justice on the eve of a Presidential election in a year that has been a struggle for so many Americans amidst the economic and emotional hardships of the pandemic would make many Americans, myself included, feel unrepresented. 

You may have the Constitutional authority to affirm a new Supreme Court Justice now, but you do not have the authority to ignore the people you represent.

Todrick is friends with Taylor and used to be managed by Scooter. She said she has receipts and any of the people who worked with Todrick on the show he needed the money for can attest to what he did.
