Restless Legs Syndrome...it has spread to my stomach. This ice is a preventive measure of sorts. I spent awhile yesterday pacing the kitchen screaming and bawling because the sensation is so unbearable. It didn't even hurt, it just feels like my muscles and nerves are crawling and want to escape. The vocal crying seemed to help the feeling in my torso by vibrating my diaphragm. I seriously wanted to slip into a coma or just die. This is a terrible disease that most people don't understand. Don't take it lightly because the name sounds so non-serious.
