honestly, I don’t know what to do.

the President of Poland recently signed a law stating that Ukrainian refugees who are unemployed are no longer eligible for free medical care. because of that, my psychiatrist is technically no longer allowed to see me. however, despite these restrictions, she still agreed to see me and even prescribed antidepressants. I truly hope she won’t face any consequences for helping me. I’m more grateful to her than I can put into words.

I’ve been searching for a job for almost a year now, but I still haven’t been able to find anything. even my psychiatrist told me that finding work in this city is extremely difficult, regardless of whether you’re a refugee or not.

it looks like I may have to move to another, bigger city. I have a friend in Warsaw who has offered to let me stay with him, so… I need to start preparing for the possibility of moving.
