I honestly take a ton of pictures in one spot over and over and pick the best one because I have hand tremors, so most of my pictures are actually pretty blurry lol. I do find that breathing deeply can help calm my tremors, even if it's just enough to take a picture.

I also rarely take pictures with my phone, and switch back and forth from using a DSLR and digicam. I find using this equipment helps me personally since it's easier for me to hold (thicker in width, comes with straps, sometimes heavier than a phone,) but I'm sure you can modify a smartphone to have these features as well.

It'll be a matter of trial and error to figure out what works best for you since accommodations can look different for everyone. But I hope you can find a method that works for you.

Site update - This one's a big update! The two biggest changes to the site include a new light mode (with a mode switcher on the directory sidebar,) and my new In Search Of list.
