The Ongoing Concept - Handmade is one of the most unique sounding albums I’ve heard in a long time and the story behind the album name is truly inspiring as an artist.

MY REVIEW: This album is insane: it’s screamcore with jazz, soul, and funk blended in. My first listen I wasn’t sold, but the more I listen to it the more I grok. The easiest (and least fair) comparison is Refused’s “Shape of Punk to Come”. This is a very similar blend of genres and blended into something truly crazy. I can’t say it works as well as Refused’s seminal (and hopeful) album, but its damn good stuff and worth your time. Recommended.
