Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā tristan didnāt like routines and because of this, he tried not to fall into a daily one. so, he always went to a different coffee place. or he took a different route to the same restaurant he enjoyed. on most days, it wasnāt a big deal and though it seemed like an inconvenience at times, he didnāt mind it all that much.Ā though on this particular day, it was gonna bite him in the ass. deciding to try out a new cafe,Ā ( one that seemingly cared more about itās aesthetics than itās coffee ) tristan parked at a random spot, convincing himself heād be in and out of there in under ten minutes. it was apparent heād be longer than that by the long queue leading up to the door and well, the fact that the ONLY parking spot available was a crappy one. minutes later, the male was outside with a cup in his hands but quickly came to a halt upon noticing the massive dent in his bumper and the broken headlight.Ā ā holy fuck,Ā ā he blurted out, a little louder than he initially intended, though he was more focused on his car than he was on how he looked to other people. he scanned his surroundings, as if heād find any witnesses to the incident and with a sigh, he made his way over to the person in the car right in front of his, attempting to keep a calm composure. it was clear, however, that he was beyond frustrated as he tried not to jump to conclusions quickly. ā were you the culprit behind this ? or.. i donāt fuckinā know, did you see anyone around who mightāve done thisĀ ?Ā ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā teddyās car already looks like itās been through the wringer -- one of the sideview mirrors is attached with duct tape and there are dents on nearly all the panels. heād swear that none of the damage is his fault. still, heās more than startled when he accidentally backs into the car parked behind him. it was an accident -- heās always been inattentive and this isnāt the first time heās had the car in reverse when he thought itās been in drive. he swears under his breath and is just nearly about to pull away when he sees someone walk up to his car. ā fuck, ā he mumbled another under his breath before he rolls down the window to speak to the man. he doesnāt need this -- he really doesnāt. he canāt afford to fix his own car, and the weight of the idea of having someone elseās damages to pay for weighs heavily on his shoulders. heās all too prepared to lie. ā i didnāt see anything happen. ā teddyās always been a piss poor liar, but he had been looking forward. he technically didnāt see his car hit the other. guiltās building within him. ā is the damage to your car bad ? ā he struggles to keep his voice even and he canāt bring himself to meet the otherās gaze.
