Ok so let's start strong on the angsty side!

You guys know how we often play with the "Zoemira was smitten from the start but Rumi was oblivious" in fics? Well, this masterpiece in how to break a reader's heart in one chapter or less has the oposite premise: what if Rumi was in love with her girls, but they didn't fall for her until much, much later.

Let me tells you: I never really thought on how heartwrenching that premise could be, but seriously, this broke me (compliment) (seriously I love It so much)

Updates are slow, with only two chapters so far, but honestly, even if this stayed an incomplete one-chapter I was gonna recommend it because it is just that good! I meme that scene at the grocery store to cope but seriously, that scene lives rent free in my head where it can make me suffer every time I remember it (again, compliment) and there's a similar effect on one scene between Rumi and Celine in chapter 2, so I have no doubts the fic will keep on giving in the angst department~

Yes, more angst! Because I love angst~ and I love timeloop fics, and I love Celine (and specially love giving Celine a bad time with an eventual happy ending)

This one is technically more Polylight than Polytrix, but it has a healthy dose of both... Once we're more or less done with keeping Celine in the blender. Seriously, she spends a lot of time(lines) in that blender!

Gotta warn you: author really makes use of that 'it gets worse before it gets better' tag, first few chapters are specially rough on Celine but in a way that feels completely plausible, and the eventual splashes of fluff and comfort that we start getting feel very rewarding in exchange. Definitely worth reading if you're a Celine fan!

Lets get something more lighthearted for people who don't love angst! I think I recommended this one recently, but it is so good it deserves a dumb meme lol it deserves way better but I can only make dumb memes sorry!

Zoey is an absolute disaster and an absolute delight in this one! She just wants a sexy demon wife, is that too much to ask? Apparently it is for insecure Demon Queen Rumi who's convinced that living with her is the worst thing that could happen to these poor women. Women because of course Mira is also there...not as sold on the idea of being a demon's wife but hey, it definitely beats being back with her family who offered her as a sacrificar to said demon

Story is just starting and I'm very curious where its going!

This is a complete self-indulgent recommendation lol If you follow me for a while you probably know that my favorite person in the world, my beautiful girlfriend, has ADHD, so I have a soft spot for ADHD characters who remind me of her.

Well, this fic's Zoey is the truest ADHD experience I've read in the fandom so far. The RSD, the "caffeine is your best friend", the time blindness, the absolute lack of self-control when something gets in her brain. This really is an ADHD Zoey writen by an ADHD author and I love her so so much!!

Chapters are short, chaotic and sweet. A really good quick read!

Going back onto the angst train~

This is a little bit older fic, actually one of the firsts I started reading in the fandom. Post-canon story exploring how Polytrix comes to be, some posibilities about demons and the honmoon in other parts of the world, and a very angsty backstory for Rumi.

And listen, I am usually Celine's #1 defender...but I also sometimes enjoy reading some stories in which she is The Worst™. This Celine isn't nearly as bad as some others in the fandom or even some others I read, but she's definitely a bit more on the bad person side than the misguided traumatized side. The meme literally describes my experience reading because seriously the Polytrix fluff is so good but every time Celine is mention I just had to brace myself because I knew it was going to hurt lol

That said, its a very well written sequel and story in general. Loved the develpment of the relationship and the expansion on the movie's lore and world building! Honestly would love to see a sequel for this sometime.

Finishing strong with my personal favorite lol I also have recommended this one before, but it seriously is so good it just deserves another one!

This is a very chaotic chat-fic. Like, I didn't think it was possible for a chatfic between only 3 characters (with some minor surprise appearances of Celine and Bobby) to get this unhinged, but author is just that good lol I promise this is my one fic guaranted to make you laugh out loud, probably more than once! It really is so great I couldnt even choose just choose a favorite part to meme lol I also think the lack of context adds to the meme honestly

Because what other game would Let me make dumb OC-fied versions of the Phasmophobia fortnite knock-off ghosts that my gf and me play with all the time, and then watch as my girlfriend rejects me to be with the one we jokingly call "her ex girlfriend" (because it always kills her in less than 3 minutes 😂😂)
