it's getting even more fucking ridiculous now that I have a lil fitbit thing to monitor my heart rate. I can literally see how ridiculous my heart rate can get with exercise/posture change and it's so evident my body is working itself too hard and it's clearly POTS and POTS is clearly a disability but because ONE doctor said POTS wasn't a disability to me and that "I wouldn't want that label" I have more "proof" I'm actually normal and fine
