Some people are naturally skinny and some people fight every single day of their lives monitoring and restricting what they eat and still find it SO hard to lose weight. I've been trying since I was 13 to lose weight ive been on diets most my life. Losing weight for some people isn't just putting a little bit of effort in.
Eating less shit is NOT going to help you become thin. There is this thing called exercise and without it you won't  go very far in your weight loss plan. “But it’s hard to exercise” well no shit that’s where the whole effort thing comes in.Â
