just discovered a new detail in a song i like. no one talk to me for 20 minutes

on one hand im happier after leaving classical music. on the other hand the fact that i will never succeed in that field and that ive essentially proved everyone right about me makes my blood boil.

oh my god even more is happening. had someone literally come into my office last week and tell me that they were available for a shift this evening. so i sent out the schedule for this week and i get not only a cross email but a phone call as well asking why he was scheduled despite not 'indicating his availability' and i told him and like i literally wrote myself a note when it happened i would not have made a note had you not said that. but he doesnt recall and now is mad at me. and like i offered to have someone else take his shift but he was like "no i can still do it...🙄🙄". man you are talking to me as if i am not liable to go bananas.

"its critical to service" no whats critical is the lights are still on. that this 150 year old building hasnt collapsed. that the church isnt audited and completely gutted. that were still legally allowed to open those doors every sunday. that we arent sued for improper licensing

i just. feel really bad because i feel like ive not been friendly recently. and theyve had issues with administrators in the past not being friendly or approachable so im trying to give it my best to not be bitchy but like. that is so severely difficult to do when every decision i visibly make (which half the time they arent even my own fucking decisions their the decisions of council, lead pastor, the entire god damn ELCA, etc), its argued with. and like i am not doing these things specifically to spite you but can you please work with some perspective here and understand that i have a lot of things to organize and schedule and like. the fucking bulletins were out sunday morning, which is the expectation. people are dying

apparently unbeknownst to me he comes on fridays to pick up the bulletin for the following sunday, and I didn't have the bulletin out early this week (i printed and left them in the office because i was leaving early to work the following sunday). and yknow what im gonna say it. you got the bulletin on sunday morning like literally every other single person who came yesterday and you are the only one upset by it. so

have you ever seen an undergrad paper thats basically just 3 pages of recapping the plot or like. basic and very accessible information on a topic, and then absolutely no analysis of the content. no unique perspective or handling of the material. can i ask a very serious question does changing your medium from word document to youtube video fix that?
