From a marketing perspective, this campaign is impressive. But as a feminist, I feel an urge to rectify its gendered tactics and aesthetic.

I donât support meninism or menâs rights activism, because I donât see men as victims in need of rescuing. You canât be both powerful and a victim at the same time, so youâre insulting men and boys when you claim that specific injustices happen to them. Meninism encourages parental rights for convicted rapists and forces young girls to stay pregnant; if fathers have a say in abortion and a male rapist doesnât want his victim to abort his childâeven if she herself is a childâthen she will be legally forced to carry and give birth to his child. It doesnât matter if you donât support such things and only want to stand up for innocent menâany kind of meninism leads to rights for rapists and hurts female children, so if you care about children at all, you must oppose meninism. Most meninists are annoying and ugly and they hate women anyway. Think about your own mother, sister, daughter, or wife, and all sheâs done for you.
