I am forever fascinated by the corporate clash team's total commitment to fumbling the bag. I'd call them lawsuit generators, but that's implying that anybody who'd do work for them would have the money to push a legal point.

Idk how common of a take this is, but the writing in Wizard101 is miles better when the game is taking itself at least a little bit serious. OG wizard city wasn't re inventing the wheel but it was good enough for it to emotionally resonate with most of the core audience. Cause the game didn't condescend to the player base.

AU where Duncan Grimwater gets assimilated into the young wizard's traveling party in arc one. Resulting in Fleetwood Mac's Rumors levels of petty interpersonal drama so severe Duncan ends up running off to the Schism people anyway.

Professor Alhazred sure has some beautiful eyelashes for being an ancient crocodile man.

I think my favorite interpretation of Wizdyv is like, wizard101's answer to Finn/Princess Bubblegum. I think it works best when written as the Young Wizard's first major infatuation. Like. Yeah, I bet you would develop an infatuation for the charming knight that jumps to defend your character to random strangers.
