Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup crushed pineapple. 1/2 cup almond slices. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a small bowl, mix together crushed pineapple, almond slices, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the pineapple mixture over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
