Sylvie’s been with me for three years now, but has never really been outside of my house. This is probably only the second time, and my excuse was always that she didn’t have any clothes of her own. I don’t have many MSDs so I didn’t really focus on getting MSD clothes, but I’ve been slowly accumulating bits and pieces for her. 

She still borrowed a top from my SD girls for this one (pinned in the back, of course), but it’s a good start. I’ll try to take outfit photos sometime soon! OuO

This was done just for kicks, and we’re not actually strict about what dolls can pop up at meets. I’m glad that the owners were such good sports while I went around tacking anime eyes onto their dolls’ hands a la Pan’s Labyrinth Pale Man. :P

 It was a fairly small gathering, all things considered. We enforced a "3 dolls per owner" rule to make sure the restaurant wouldn't be overrun with dolls. XD I didn't get a whole lot of photos because I spent most of my time /posing/ as many of the girls as I could! 

Every time #Dollfinas members meet up, I feel like a kid on Christmas day. I regularly get to see and play with many of the sculpts and custom DDs that I admire, and even though the comm tends to "poison" you into adopting new dolls, they actually save me a lot of money! If it weren't for them letting me handle their dolls, I would probably have a dozen customized DDH-06 and Sabers. XD Here's to the last four years, and who knows how many more!

I worked on the outfits of the three Good Fairies, and it was a wild ride! I crammed them in the last three days leading to the Tiangge, and they’re completely handsewn. OwO My sleep disorder was “useful” during the prep, because I couldn’t sleep anyway. That’s probably the only way I was able to finish sewing everything. XD

"Tiangge” in Filipino means “bazaar,” so the Tiangge would not be complete without some shopping involved! I’m already taking pics for my haul post, which I hope to share soon. :D

I ordered a couple more NS hands (...oops?) and thanks to The Enabler, I managed to get a pair of WS peace hands as well. Leela has been slightly appeased, but she’s still bugging me for more option hands. 

Now that I’ve purchased a pair of WS hands, I’m not sure how to go about getting Leela a new body. Should I still push through with getting a SWS body and blushing her head to match, or do I just go ahead and buy a WS body piece by piece? It’ll be a bit pricier, but at least I can preserve Leela’s faceup. Ah, doll mother problems. XD

I’ve got more photos to process, and I’m slowly chipping away at my backlog for all my blogs. I’m working on editing together a video, too! :)

My mom sprung a surprise trip to Japan on us last July, and it was my very first trip there! I’d been dreaming of going to Japan ever since I was younger, so I already had a good idea of what I wanted to pack, what I would bring, and where I wanted to go.

After much internal debate, I decided on bringing my very first grail doll (Volks MSD Hisui) instead of my very first doll (Volks SD Kun). I feel like I signed up for a whole lotta trouble, though. :P
