The card symbolizes Fate and Destiny with wisdom behind if you are able to understand its meaning. Life goes in a cycle; each beginning leads to an end but each end leads to a beginning. Also Fate is a very open “option” there is no fix Fate to a person, Fate is depends which side you are standing at the Wheel and it implies that you are able to forge your own Fate - if you are able to see behind the “mechanism”.
The flower is a yellow Zinnia which represent “Remembrance” - a symbolical blood suppose to give impression that remembering for something for so long alone beside being a burden should be shared.

The Blood of Dawnwalker - Dual human/vampire gameplay
We'll have different set of skills/ways to complete quests depending on whether we play as a human during the day, or a vampire during the night, and this can greatly affect quests, things we can access, outcomes and storyline. Such a cool concept and so much replay value to see all the different ways and outcomes. it's like Witcher 3 on steroids lol 🥰
Dawnwalker will have "Infamy mechanic" and the more "infamous" you are the harsher the world around you will be (more guards, harder enemies, bigger prices) because of dynamic edicts that depend on your actions. The more trouble you cause for the more angry vampires in power will be, and more obstacles you will face. but you can also unlock new content and quest lines with that so it also has value. You can chose how to approach quests and enemies, more aggressive or more on the down low and discreet. I love how layered this game will be 🖤
Dawnwalker cool feeding mechanic 👀 Depends on how much you feed and descent into vampirism. The more you feed on humans the higher your corruption level will be, which unlocks more abilities and power, but also makes you more likely to lose control, go into frenzy and kill innocents by accident. But on the other hand if you don't feed enough and hunger takes over, you can also lose control! uhhhh love that! real vampire feel!

No it is absolutely not! It's Blender animation like all other 3D stuff I do. it's my original blender work. Also if you have bothered to look at my pinned post, dear anon, you would see I have a blender tag and have made renders and animations in the past. And that I have also stated I am firmly against AI and never in my life made anything with it. I never even used it! I hope you're just someone who never followed me or knows me at all to even ask this, and didn't mean anything bad by it but the answer to that is categorically never. I've been learning Blender on my own for the last 5-6 years, and still do every day, and it took me 2 days to put this model/scene together only to make this little 6 second animation. And just to be completely transparent here- I recorded some of my inside blender working project of that animation, in case anyone needs receipts.

I am so out of the loop these days and missing everything online so I don't know how I didn't catch this but - new audiobooks have been launched for original TVC trilogy?! Finally! What an amazing 50th anniversary gift! I am the kind of person that is firmly in the annoying club of "reading is superior and more immersive than audio books", but whatever makes people consume media in any way is great and positive thing. And I always had massive issue with TVC audio books. Simon Vance certainly has many fans in the fandom and no shade to him it's a subjective thing, but his almost Transylvanian accent and Dracula-esque take was really not clicking with me. But this new version directed by Gabra Zackman with incredible cast sounds really interesting 🥰🖤

so now that they've butchered Lestat's good side AND Gabrielle are we gonna agree amc iwtv doesn't understand the book characters entirely or are we going to keep pretending it's reasonable for Marius to fucking pimp out the boy he rescued and for Armand's parents to sell him
Wow. Every new spoilers that sips down to me through the grapevines (despite my efforts to dodge it all and ignore show tags) just puts me off from watching it at all. It started in S2 already with what hey did with Armand and Devil's minion, and also implications of Marius that were so wrong. but it only seams to get progressively worse in S3 and I'm not talking about expected changes of adaptation or holding true to show lore. I'm talking about changing core characteristics of all characters. Armand, Daniel, Marius for sure... Gabrielle is completely different person. and now I've heard a massive spoiler about what Gabrielle and Lestat supposedly did and it changes the core of who Lestat was and actions he took in the books... wth are they doing?

no Armand's parents did not sell him, they loved him very much and mourned him for years when he was kidnapped
no Marius did not pimp Armand he saved him from prostitution
No Gabrielle is not evil manipulate psycho bitch who groomed and sh'd Lestat and wants to continue to manipulate him in their immoral life.
no Gabrielle and Lestat did NOT go back and kill their family in fact even after being such massive bastard Lestat still couldn't stop thinking about his mortal father and looking up on him or taking him with him in Nola. he even wanted him dead deep inside and still even as a vampire couldn't kill or even abandon him.. it was one of the reasons of his major blowout with Gabrielle. She on the other hand just wanted nothing to do with them at all.
What they are doing to her character is criminal! 25 years of being excited to see her on screen and now I wish they never included her in the show at all.

I understand they're clearly trying to do Memnoch/TVA curve with him early but that detail would be totally unnecessary just so they can say they threw that easter egg in there. you're not being smart Rolin you're being annoying. you cant just jumble everything like that and say "well we're drawing from all the books have this hodge podge" mess.
And no matter how good the show does its thing in terms of writing/acting and production within it's own universe I will never be able to expect these things as any kind of good part of retelling this story.
I'm fine when you change plot points around tv script, I'm not fine when you completely butcher character's personalities and dynamics. and I'm tired of bending over backwards trying to justify them "withing context of the show" or some parallels or commentary they're trying to do on all books whatever... they're just doing a shit job at it and very arrogantly so! I also don't care about the context I don't know about yet because no context can excuse this.
I don't know who these characters on the show are any more, but they are certainly not the characters I loved most of my life.
Like you could say this are all exaggerated aspects taken from other implied tidbits of the books and blow up, but when you shuffle things carelessly they change who these characters are on such fundamental level I just can't vibe with it.
I'm also muted almost everything but I will have to mute even more, including some of my very dear moots who post about a show a lot (temporarily until season passes) since its' really making my blood boil these days.
