Consistency? Not Here

he had captured Gi-hun and it took Jun-ho a few weeks to find him? But when he got there, In-ho wasn’t terrified, armed, or trying to escape. Gi-hun was nowhere to be seen, and In-ho wanted to talk—finally.

He said he heard that Jun-ho’s mother had passed away, and that he’s very sorry for the loss. He says he understands Jun-ho, including why he’s been chasing In-ho day and night. The conversation goes on for hours, with fights, arguments, Jun-ho demanding to know everything, and In-ho answering. By the end, they were both almost in tears, but with almost everything resolved.

In-ho takes Jun-ho to his room, where Gi-hun is sleeping peacefully. He didn’t wake up because In-ho gave him some sleeping pills. Jun-ho checks on him and… he’s fine. He’s gained weight, his hair is longer, he’s clean-shaven, and he’s wearing expensive pajamas.

In-ho says he wants Jun-ho to stay, that he can stay with them. But Gi-hun is his. If Jun-ho stays, he’ll understand and help In-ho during the adjustment period. Jun-ho is so lonely and desperate that he accepts without thinking.

Imagine, Gihun wakes up and sees Junho and for a second, for just a second, he thinks he’s saved. He thinks Junho is there to take him away, that he’ll finally be free!

Gihun doesn’t eat a single bite. He just moves the food around and drinks some juice. Inho sighs and tells Gihun he has to eat but Gihun says he’s not hungry and glares at Junho.

Inho frowns and tells Gihun he knows what happened last time he didn’t eat.

Gihun flinches. He eats a few bites before standing up and going back upstairs. Before Junho can say anything, Inho smiles at him and tells Junho not to worry.

Yes it did. I just let it slide because I was taught that I'm "too sensitive" anytime something bothered me. But now I'm finally standing up for myself.

"You never struggled with this when you were a kid."
