The Blackbird

HISTORY: Originating from Memphis, Tennessee as a typical street gang founded by Michael Hudson in 1998. Nothing major happened besides engaging with the authorities until somewhere between late-2021 or early-2022 when Alexei Espinoza joined the gang (thanks to Dimitri's arms trafficking ring) and was able to reform it into the deadliest terrorist group in the world. With their first attack starting in Chicago, with immediate government intervention.

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Assassination of the U.S. President and Vice-President, annihilating left and right political parties in the United States, Societal collapse of Spain, United States, Russia, Albania, Japan (ongoing), United Kingdom (ongoing)

GUNMAN: The novices of the group, most likely new recruits. While they can easily be disposed of, they're dangerous in swarms. It's best to clear them out with an IED or hacks that have a large radius in neutralizing groups.

[WEAPON: HECKLER & KOCH MP7]

VETERAN: More skilled than the Gunman, they're capable of using hacks against Solomon. As some consist of Ex/Rogue DedSec members.

[WEAPON: VEKTOR R4]

MARKSMAN: Able to detect enemies within 150 meters, when approached in close combat, they will arm themselves with a handgun.

[WEAPON: SERBU BFG-50A, FN FNX-45]

ELITE: The most skilled out of all, they command their group, take them out so that their units can disperse, making it shootouts easier to settle. They can easily kill Solomon with burst fire if in close quarters.

[WEAPON: SIG 553]

JAMMER: Similar to an Elite, but they have more health and they have a jamming device that scrambles use of J-ctOS/ctOS 3.0. Hack in their devices to temporarily disable it, or neutralize them and hack it to turn it off immediately.

[WEAPON: FN M4A1]

ENFORCER: A force to be reckoned with, they wield a minigun on most occasions, some hold an LMG. They are heavily armed, with the most powerful sniper rifle requiring 2 shots in the head to kill them. Use of explosives are required, or you can kill them via takedowns, but they are lengthy to do so.
