🍒🐍 sketches from those past days
See the great thing about writing fanfic is sometimes one of your fic’s biggest enjoyers infers something about a character that wasn’t initially in the outline, but by GOD it is now

Genuinely think the most underrated skill in writing is knowing when a scene is done. not perfect. done. there's a version of every scene that keeps going because you're scared to leave it, scared it wasn't enough, scared the next scene is harder. so you keep adding. one more line. one more beat. one more little moment. and the scene dies from it. it needed to end three paragraphs ago and you just kept talking because you didn't want to face what came next. same as real life actually.
thiiissss... right here. I cant even tell you how many times I write in little notes like "[transition here]" while writing as a way tell myself to STFU and move on lol

My boyfriend commissioned this beautiful memorial portrait of Fergus from one of my favorite cat artists, Bunny Dee. She captured his serious little face and I love that she incorporated his deep love of boxes. ❤️ Follow her on IG: https://www.instagram.com/bunnydee/ And visit her stores!

Reblog if you don't use Generative AI to write fanfics/original fics or to create fanart/original art.
Why It Works: N x Uzi
So, I watched Murder Drones and I already adore Nuzi (NxUzi). They just seem to be one of the healthiest relationships you'd see so far in the cartoon. With only 8 episodes!!
Uzi is unapologetic and brave, unlike her brainless, cowardly society! She speaks her mind and takes action. Even tries to own up to her mistakes (That takes real courage). Despite her hard exterior, she struggles in finding peers that respect her and value her opinions. N helps with the emotional baggage of her life and helps her when she was starting to turn into a monster.
If there's a dog breed that would best describe N, it'd be a golden retriever! N is super friendly with everyone despite the fact that he could tear apart everyone in the room without batting an eye. He does have a tendency to be naive half of the time, so Uzi helps him think things through. Thankfully, these interactions help him handle dangerous situations better as well as come to the terms of his own trauma.
